Very nice staff members . Usually complete my appointments very quickly .

This practice use to be much better. They moved to a nice new building but the service has gotten much worse. I saw Dr. Marcia Berman, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She came into the room very aggressively and she gave all her views and opinions, and she raised her voice and tried to talk over me if I did NOT agree with everything that she said. She tried to rush through any of my questions or concerns. She seemed visibly upset because I did NOT agree with her on something that had absolutely NOTHING to do with what I brought my daughter in for. Doctors are doctors, NOT God and they should NOT act as though they are God.

Doing. My issue is every single time I call to make an apppintmemt for my son they are always booke for 3-4 weeks . My son went there with a nasty cough and they told me it is a regular cold and it will go away. A month passed and I called them back due to the same problem they couldn’t put me in schedule since I already called before . They have no time for my son and I rather not let my insurance pay them because I always have to adjust my time and schedule for them. As well some of the staff is really rude and I think is only there for the pay. I had to end up taking my son to urgent care for something his regular pcp could have dealt with . I say go to City MD these people aren’t worth it . You wouldn’t know because only one person rated them. My son is 2 Years Old I have been dealing with them for awhile. They were good at first but now there are HORRIBLE!

The worst! If your child is sick , they will not see them without an appointment. The staff are not nice and it’s freezing in there to accommodate the staff with no consideration for the infant and small children. The furniture is worn down and needs update. I have an infant and will be changing pediatric clinic ASAP.
