Mountainwest Apothecary

My family and I have been using MountainWest Apothecary for years!! Every pharmacist and technicians are phenomenal!! If I have ever had an issue with my insurance the staff has went up and beyond to help me out!! I have seen the staff treat every person that enters in their door with true compassion, we all have our own reasons for going to the pharmacy and I have seen them treat everyone with respect, kindness and are extremely efficient. It makes me feel like myself and every person that I have witnessed walk into their pharmacy like we are apart of their family!!
They all are extremely knowledgeable and answer any questions I may have. If there is an answer they don’t know they find out the truth, something you don’t get now a days!!
The staff is personable, down to earth but professional!!
I have always received excellent customer service from the whole staff!!
I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to everyone I know!!

Very knowledgeable and kind staff. The head pharmacist there is great, she helped me pick out some products for muscle pain. The pharmacy is super cute too, I was able to browse around and get some fun fall decorations while they filled my prescription.

I have never worked with such an amazing pharmacy. They are so friendly when you call in, very helpful in deciding what is best for your patients and are so efficient!!! I have always had an amazing experience with them and highly suggest them to anyone that is looking for a top notch pharmacy!

Chemist Jordan & his staff are lovely people that understand that not everyone is the same, and those of us who have suffer from chronic pain due to disease (me 37 years and im only 43!) have different needs. They always make me feel welcome, and I adore them and their kindness.

We have been using the Apothecary for several years to fill our prescriptions. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's also nice that they have drinks and snacks, along with cards and trinkets to fill those spur of the moment needs.

These guys are so quick and helpful. Super nice staff. Haven't had a single problem with them. And they have the cutest things set up to buy or even just look at while waiting.
