Visited this garage as I was looking for a self park garage in NYC. It's off the right side of FDR, make sure you select WaterSide plaza garage pro Park on Google maps to get the correct location. After the left on BP gas station when veering right GO SLOW. Major flood zone that you cannot see

If your car is low you ground and you drive fast you can total your car from water damage.

Other than that garage is on the right hand side, scan your QR code or swipe credit card and the gate lifts. Park in any spot that doesn't have a green reserved sign. The garage is covered, same process to exit.

Make sure to reserve your spot on spothero as it is cheaper (this varies place to place). My credit card for 11 hours got hit for $32. Spothero had 12 hours for $26.38 on a weekday

Would've been $5.62 cheaper on SpotHero for an hour extra. Wish I knew because I've paid more on SpotHero than local price

Anyway price aside, decent garage, covered, and no valet touching your car. After you park you can exit the building and head directly outside or upstairs. Veer left and you'll head to a ramp which leads to a walk bridge to E 25th Street and then you're in the city near Bellevue hospital. Highly recommend for people looking for self park.

They offer monthly rates and they're expensive but not much less than Valet and you don't have to worry about car being mishandled.

Used to be less full during working hours but I guess more people don't want to get killed on the subway nowadays.

Been parking here since September due to job nearby and self park. Rate went up. Come in today and they wanted $36! From $19 2 weeks ago to almost double?!? Attendants excuse was "were installing new machines" like what? Hella taxing

Absolute scammers. Not only are they overpriced but they do not tell you about the price until you have to pay it after you already parked there and can’t get out until you pay it. The rudeness of the attendant also didn’t help matters. Had such a terrible experience and will not be parking here again.

the vile scammers that are propark try to jack up the rates every year by like 40-50%. apparently they think that owning a garage company (good job guys, you really hit it big in life) makes them entitled to rip people off as hard as possible
