I have been a patient at DGOW since 2021. I have always been accommodated whenever needed (once my false tooth came loose the afternoon before a dinner date and they squeezed me in at the end of the day so I wouldn’t have to go on the date toothless). Although I’ve been cared for by a different array of doctors, the staff has always been consistently kind and welcoming. The new renovations in the office are gorgeous as well.

I am looking forward to my upcoming dental appointment, based on the excellent experience I had the last time. The staff was so courteous and helpful, and the dentist had such a great bedside manner. I am confident that the crown work I will receive will be just as superb as last time.

Great service by both the staff and dentists. It is a surprisingly modern office, as far as the technology is concerned. I highly recommend them.

I have been a patient with Dental Group of Westchester for almost two years and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire staff! Whether you go every year, six months, or weekly everyone makes you feel like you're coming home. Each visit provides top quality service, the technology is advanced, they listen to what I'm experiencing, provide recommendations, and take the time to explain each step. The pricing is honest, the work is excellent quality, scheduling is fast, and again, the staff are fun and personable. I am grateful for all the care and attention I have received from this amazing team!

I came here for the first time today for a cleaning and checkup. The office is impeccably clean, the staff were warm and welcoming, and I didn't even have to wait for more than 1 minute in the waiting room before being called. I really like how they send the paperwork to you ahead of time electronically so there's no hassle filling things out at the office. I forgot the name of the hygienist who performed my cleaning but she was such a wonderful soul, an enthusiastic person who made my experience comfortable the whole time and I could really tell that she genuinely enjoys her line of work. The dentist who examined me was great as well and diligently answered any questions or concerns that I had. This was without a doubt the most pleasant dental experience I've ever had.

I highly recommend Dental Group of Westchester, I'm am in awe of the experience I had there. The made the experience breezy by sending me a link to the paperwork ahead of time so that I could take my time filling it out and not feel rushed while doing it at the office. Everyone there seemed genuinely happy and were super helpful. Ingra took her time explaining my treatment plan and setting my appointments to accommodate my difficult schedule. Dr. Roytberg was very attentions answered all of my question informatively but still making sure I understood every step of the process. Everyone here seems like they enjoy what they do. I will be bringing my entire family here and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Very clean and state of the art equipment!! The staff was amazing respectful to all differences. What can I say, this team is amazing!!!!It’s been a while since I’ve gone to the dentist since Covid-19 but going there is like Covid never happened. Oh so clean. If you require any extensive services they will work with you. They will do whatever it takes, all for the best interest of each patient. I am grateful for this experience. I can’t wait to go back. I wish this group the best of success for many years to come.

Desiree and the manager Ingra were very helpful, kind with accommodating setting up my appointment. They were courteous, professional and friendly. I can’t say enough about how appreciative I am of Navi! She did my cleaning gently and thoroughly. Dr Serah was thorough, kind, and efficient. The waiting area and exams room are really clean and comfortable.

Dental Group of Westchester has been great with me! I moved to WP a little over a year ago and have been trying to find a new dentist since. The ladies here were all patient, took time explaining things to me, and made sure my insurance was set up before going through with my appointment (thus having to charge me out of pocket). Everyone here has such a great attitude and I look forward to starting my years long treatment plan with them. Definitely recommend them to others!

This was my first visit and everyone from the moment I arrived was great. My X-rays and teeth cleaning was phenomenal by Naville. I love the way she explained everything as she was working and she was laser focused on my comfort level while she was working.Dr. Serah had great energy and explained everything thoroughly and clearly and was super friendly This dental group is awesome and I am happy I found such a magnificent place just steps away from my job. The attention to detail and courtesy is great. Everyone has the right mindset to help you. Front desk is clean and neat. Did not wait long to get attended. The doctor at the office did a great job at explaining all the details. The team in general helps you stay at ease and their entire office was clean. Definitely recommend!
