Nardy Honda

This is my 1st lease with Nardy Honda and Aldo Graziano is amazing sales person!! He takes his time and actually cares about helping you! He has made this process so much easier for me :) always working with me!!! I had bad experience at Atlantic Honda with the sales manager because it was my first time and it took me a long time to take my decisions and I olmos bought a difrrent brand, But Aldo made us acquire the car with his patience and good treatment. 👍 He is a terrific Salesman and an Honest person you can trust.

We recently made a 2024 CR-V Lease agreement through Nardy Honda. We have leased through Nardy before and always found them to be a top notch dealership; both friendly and professional in their transactions. On our most recent transaction, we met and dealt with Aldo Graziano. We found him to be honest, informative and very pleasant to deal with. We highly recommend both Aldo and this dealership for a pleasant buying/leasing experience.

I was so stressed about buying a new car, but Robert in sales made the process as streamlined and efficient as possible. I felt comfortable talking with him throughout the whole process, he addressed all my questions and concerns patiently and politely, and he was never pushy. Such a refreshing car buying experience.

I just leased a 2024 HRV sport .. Love my new car. Charles was an absolute pleasure to work with. He showed me all the options, was NOT pushy and overall made me feel comfortable throughout the process. If you go to this dealership, I highly recommend Charles.

No hassle, fair trade, no hard sell. Tommy Drosos at Nardy made the sale easy as compared to other Honda dealerships in the area who treated me as if I were an uninformed female. No ridiculous sales pitches ! It was a very good, pain-free experience.

Nardy Honda Service Department and Alberto the Service Director by far TOP NOTCH in the industry. My daughter experienced a break down of her 2022 Civic while she was traveling home to Virginia for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Alberto and his team jumped into action drove my daughter back to her dorm, while they worked on the car. This team was freaken awesome, they were able to get the part from another dealer repair my daughters car and get her back on the road by the evening. Alberto is an example of awesome leadership and it shows in his team. Thank you so much for helping my daughter in her time of need. You guys made it happen.

Nardy has great customer service, very friendly, informative, empathetic staff. Had to get new keys programmed. They were back ordered. Nardy called me as soon as keys were in. They couldn't schedule me for a wait for this appointment so I was provided a loaner car! A beautiful Accord! Thank you Nardy! Pick up was easy and quick. Highly recommend Nardy. Facility is run smoothly and it is very clean.

Outstanding out-of-state experience!

We could not find what we wanted in our state after visiting nearly 10 dealerships (and watching dozens online). We had found something close to our ideal and at a good price, but not the ideal. So when the ideal model, trim, color-combo, etc. showed up at Nardy Honda on Edmonds, I texted the dealership the next morning. Throughout the workday Charlie worked with me to get me all the information I’d need to justify driving over 2 hours to see it: they put it on a lift and sent me photos of the underside (to check for rust), they sent multiple vehicle history reports (CarFax and AutoCheck), and they discussed realistic numbers in terms of our trade-in, fees, etc. So we drove out it after work to see if it was too good to be true. It wasn’t! The car was in outstandingly good condition and the dealer was able to give us a competitive price. So we bought it.

Disclaimer: We’ve had it for just 1.5 business days since the weekend purchase. We don’t even have the registration, plates, etc. So things could change, but currently this seems like an experience worth recommending.

Everyone is knowledgeable and courteous. Salesman John Chen is always a pleasure to work with and very helpful. We have have been going there for many years.

Nardy has great customer service they’re always helpful when I need to be serviced. The service Director Alberto is GREAT! He was very understanding and helpful found a solution quick ! I won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else but Nardy .

This dealership is so much better than the Mariano one in PJ. Rob helped us getting our new car and we knew exactly which model we wanted, we previously had been lied to at the Mariano dealership and it was such a relief to be treated nicely at this dealership. Rob really had our best interest in mind and wanted us to get our moneys worth for the lease. Thanks!

Melanie in service was extremely helpful today, and it was so appreciated. I’ve always had good experiences with Nardy over the years. Have had my Fit from there for over 15 years, still going strong. I needed to have a new key made and there was a mix-up on Saturday with programming (mistakes happen), and when I went in today Melanie was so helpful in getting it rectified immediately. A big shout-out to her for her professionalism and responsiveness.

I was impressed how efficiently they run the service process. Seemed well tuned.

When it came time to buy a new car I had my eyes on the new 2023 Accord EX, so I went to Nardy Honda and had the pleasure of working with CJ and JP. Both of these men were extremely helpful and straightforward, and they put an immense amount of effort into making sure that I was getting the best deal and fit possible. I am so thankful for how simple the process was and how accommodating they were. I cannot recommend Nardy Honda enough!

I want to say thank you to Aldo who helped me through the whole process of buying my first brand new car! So kind; helpful and patient with all of the questions I had. I called every Honda on Long Island and every single one tried to charge me $3000-$6000 more for the same car. Times are tough right now to buy a new car but Nardy Honda was more reasonable than any other!

Had a great experience with the two people from the dealership we worked with. CJ, a car salesman, was amazing. He did everything to make getting the car in the color and trim I wanted possible. He was always quick to respond to my questions and concerns. Additionally, Louis/Lewis who helped from the financing department was also great to work with. While I did end up buying my car above sticker price due to supply-and-demand issues, I am so glad to have done business with these two people.
