Best Deli in Suffolk, hands down. Always serve the freshest food and have respectful/friendly staff. Highly recommended the grilled chicken Panini with grilled onions roasted peppers cheese spinach & honey mustard sauce. Also you gotta try Mac’s Chop Cheese, it’s the best on Long Island. Give this place a chance & thank me later.

Small hidden gem! Mac and his family run the show. He doesn’t have a real menu, more of tell him what you feel like and he’ll figure out a way to make it for you. Great place everything is home made and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his food. Cheap prices for the Quailty of food he puts out.

Been living here for many years had 4 other delis Max BBQis by far the best.food is always good the wings are the best. Haven’t had a bad meal yet and I’m there every day. Staff is always very friendly and treat you

Mac is one do the nicest guys and make some incredibly delicious food. Has a special BBQ sandwich with brisket and BBQ sauce and all sorts of toppings it was just perfect. Has a side of very special home made devils secret pudding was off the charts love you Mac ✊

I’ve been going to this deli since they opened and I love everything. The way they treat clients and also their personality. The food, smoothies and everything else is amazing!!! I haven’t had any disappointments on them! Highly appreciate how they are with everyone that walks in through the doors. Will continue to go here for more amazing client experience and delicious food.

Very under rated deli. Mac is very nice takes pride in what he does, and in the food he makes. Family business.. Better than the big name deli in town and mac bbq few dollars cheaper.. food is great and good drink selection as well . Hot food is off the chart ! All made in house by Mac and his family. Customer service is out of this world when dealing with Mac. Have gotten breakfeast and lunch here. Will continue to support local family owned deli and few min from my home. highly recommended!

You want fast, friendly service? You want a great variety of delicious, filling food? Come here. The empanadas are a top notch quick, tasty snack. The mac and cheese is some of the best I've ever had. I don't even know half the names of other dishes I've ordered because I'll see/smell culinary heaven & just order it by pointing.

Lived in the area a long time, and the new owner is by far the best one yet! Food is amazing, the service is equally amazing. And the atmosphere is exceptional. Will 100% be returning.

Place is really really clean and bright prices are very reasonable and the food is exceptional! I went in today and got the beef stew and the chicken franchise and I have to say it's the same quality and tastes just as good as any restaurant in Patchogue. I also got the chicken Parmesan and that too was unbelievably good! The owner Mac is a really nice guy and makes you feel like you've known him forever, it's a very comfortable atmosphere and I really hope they're around for a long time.
