Residence Inn by Marriott Seattle South/Tukwila

Just moved from grungy Comfort Inn & Suites SeaTac, so this is wayyyy better !!! Huge two floor apartment style villas. Good for family of 5 or larger. Tad bit dated but overall well done. Huge basketball family so really appreciated the sport court and hoop. Free breakfast is a bonus. Helpful staff. Not far from SeaTac.

Prior to check-in, I was having a second thought about staying here as I read several negative reviews. But it turned out I was happy I didn’t cancel my reservation. It is not a fancy hotel but very convenient as the room I booked had two separate bedrooms with own bathrooms. And staff at front desk were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was OK, and yea they could perhaps update the decor/furniture in the room but it was also convenient that I brought my pet and room was easy to access from parking and plenty of grass area to walk my dog. So I am overall very satisfied with the choice of my hotel this time.

I am having a wonderful 2 day stay here. The staff is awesome and very friendly and polite. The kitchen has a full stove with oven. I LOVED that! I am traveling with my service dog this trip and it males things so much easier. There is a 7 Eleven about on the property almost and a terrific Mexican place with great food and service. It was nice and quiet last night. Love the constant air in the room. This is so sought-after for noise reduction and white noise for sleep. Will definitely be back. Huge room too!

Awesome place to stay and close to the airport. Nice comfortable room, and one of the better breakfasts I've had at a hotel free of charge. Last minute I had a call I needed to be on for work and they let me checkout late to be on the call. Great service above all else!

An excellent experience! One of the best residence inns I've ever visited - the rooms are basically large studio apartments with full kitchens and fire places. Most of all tho was the guest services team! Specifically Marc and Lady were both incredibly helpful going above and beyond to ensure a great stay!

It's like an apartment....a spacious, cozy, furnished apartment ...I could live there. Also it's located close to the airport and freeway. Across the street is a Wendy's which I love lol. The staff was friendly and helpful ...I really felt like they wanted us there and they took really good care of us., the per night rate was affordable....we had a great stay...I recommend the Residence Inn by Marriott

Our kitchen caught fire over the weekend, so insurance put us up in the Marriott residence in tukwilla. It was really nice, the staff was kind and helpful. Early morning hot breakfast, and they have a pool( outdoor) and a tennis court/ basketball court.

The Hotel grounds are very clean and well kept. The outdoor pool and hot tub are seasonal. The staff are extremely friendly and project a safe environment providing a morning breakfast to-go that helps start the busy day. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. And, while taking a walk outside on the trail at the hotel or the trails across Green River, mind the families of rabbits that live around the area. I for one am looking forward to May when the blackberry bushes become ripe!

Stayed here while looking for a house. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast is appreciated. The bottom of the tub in our room was quite curved making footing a little treacherous. Fell once and suffered a serious sprain. For what we needed at the time this was better than expected.

Awesome clean rooms with dishes included. Had a suite with co-workers each had own area. Clean outside and nice staff.

My family and I loved our stay! We expected a really small space but was excited by the high ceiling and the really clean and well decorated interiors of our room. The breakfast is a little tight in the lobby and the food is only okay.. not a big deal though as there were many options available (waffles, cereal, sausage, eggs, fruit, etc). I will definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Great service. They were very attentive and assisted me and all my requests. They were very friendly and professional, the people at the counter. They have a shuttle that runs to the airport and to the train station and local nearby restaurants. That was a lifesaver. They also gave me directions on how to use the rail system and where to eat. My experience was great I highly recommend this place. Although from the outside it’s not as updated as others. The service and the cleanliness more than makes up for it. The rooms are great as well standalone separate town houses.

I booked a room here through a third party (HotelTonight) and checked in very late at night only to find out the reservation was never sent to the hotel/front desk. The front desk agent, Lady, was able to swiftly help me out and liaise with the 3rd party to help me get checked in. She went above and beyond to make my night the best it could be. Thanks Lady!

We spent 5 days in a old style cabin like room. It is close to shopping and it was convenient to people we were visiting. Good coffee in the morning with oatmeal and yogurt. (Other things were available, but bring your own ice and water).

Nice staff. The rooms are perfect, exactly what I want at hotel, and everything I would need during a stay, and nice and clean.
Nice and big bathroom, big living/tv room, big and comfortable bed, and plenty of space in the kitchen.
Awesome grocery list service-give the front desk your list and they go get it for you. Breakfast was good to

Very comfortable, clean, nice size rooms. Wonderful staff, friendly & accommodating. Happy hour daily w/no cost beer, wine, & food. Breakfast is hot & offers multiple choices. Very pleased!!!

The room was great, had all the amenities and was very clean. The staff was wonderfully helpful, running us back and forth to the airport 3 times when we forgot something! The breakfast was fantastic, real food! We would definitely stay here again.

Decent place. It's a good place to spend a week if you need to. Cost is medium, but believe me, the extra 50 bucks over a the budget airport hotels is a world of difference. The budget competitor I'd stayed with had a staff that was outright hostile and it was very nearly the pit of hell. These guys and gals are awesome.

Very roomy, some rooms are separate from rhe main bldg. very clean looking courtyard with trees grass and lots of shade. Beautiful pool and tub outdoors with crystal clear water and obviously cleaned regularly. Great location close to shopping centers, freeway, and bus lines to the metropolis. Emerald city is the best and delivery from great restaurants. Grand views of hills and nice scenic drives await with plenty of friendly shops and trails in parks to get the lead out.

The Residence Inn staff here are wonderful! Everyone from the Supervisor to the front desk receptionist are amazing. They showed show much kindness and went above and beyond to help make my short experience there everything that I needed and more. If I had to stay anywhere in this area, this is the hotel that I would come to. You wont be disappointed!
