An excellent store with every employee willing to help a customer. Well laid out so it is easy to find what you need. Their tools could be a little bit more heavy duty, but not a big deal. They also have everything to build from the ground up, all the way to the last screw for an electrical outlet.

I have been to the Lowes in Tukwila several times during the past week, and had reason to deal with the customer service department.

Regretfully, I did not record the names of the people who assisted me, but during each interaction, I was impressed with the professionalism and great customer service I experienced.

Good location with plenty of parking. It's Lowe's so you know what to expect. The staff always seems friendly and helpful. Drive in lumber yard is great!

Great place. Everyone is a ton of help and seems to ask know a lot about their section in the store. Was extremely helpful but also have an appropriate of space for me to browse for what I was looking for. Only one issue was when I asked for a specific item a worker to look into it for me and sent me to the wrong section for the wrong item claiming they didn't carry theI needed. I later found it in the store so bummer but A for effort! I guess just double check the store inventory yourself before you take off!! Lovely staff thought very happy and good vibes were spread for sure.

Came here to make some key duplicates. Jasmine was such an excellent customer service. She helped me get the key duplicates and were very thorough, comparing the original with the duplicates and was awesome the entire time! Thank you!

I shop here regularly for essential products and fun projects! Garden section is great, lovely seasonal and indoor plants, and knowledgeable friendly staff. In 4 years I've only had good experiences.

Great free coffee and people in the contractors services area. Employers are always welcoming customers.

Kennedy in Customer Service is great. She quickly and efficiently resolved my issue. It's refreshing to find someone in customer service who has a great attitude and resolves issues rather than passing them off to some one else.

I want to thank MyMy in the appliance department. I ordered a refrigerator from the LOWE's store in Seattle and it was a mess receiving the delivery. I asked for a refund and went to the LOWE's store in Tukwila. I explained the issues to MyMy that I had with the LOWE's store in Seattle. She understood my frustration and helped me buy the refrigerator and I wanted and added the extended protection plan. MyMy gave me a quick delivery date and my refrigerator arrived on time with no issues. She also realized that I did not have the extended protection on my new washer and dryer. MyMy added the extended protection plan to those items and now all my new appliances are fully protected. Thank you MyMy!

I want to thank Harumi B. for her extraordinary customer service. I was looking to purchase patio chairs but wasn't sure if they would fit into my truck. She suggested I pull up my truck and see if one of the chairs fit before I purchased them. I did exactly what Harumi suggested and the chair fit. I bought 3 chairs and a table and Harumi helped me put all of those items into my truck. Thank you very much Harumi for all of your help and excellent customer service!

Maybe it’s because I work for one of their competitors and know what I want when I’m in big box hardware stores and know how to communicate what I want, but I don’t know why people dump all over this store. Fantastic staff. Went in for a dishwasher delivery and installation. Took a while because the employee was new. Not a problem. I’ve been there many times before. They said the install could be as far as 2 weeks out. Got it done in a week. Sales and installation crew, all very professional and courteous.

Great selection of plants! This store is also very clean, organized, and stocked. I saw associates in most departments ready to assist customers and all are extremely friendly!

Very positive experience with salesperson Autumn at Tukwila location. We bought a new dishwasher and refrigerator, as well as a new faucet for the kitchen sink. Autumn was very knowledgeable, polite, never pushy and answered our questions. Very helpful!

“D” or Deborah is the BEST in the live nursery department. I have been trying to find a good plant place and I have finally found it. Her department is stunning and I had a hard time choosing which plants since they were all in such great condition. Such a great experience with her!
