Rudest people I’ve ever experienced!! These are the type of people that give NYC a bad name. I just spent $1555.82 and they act like they are doing me a favor! I would of been an unbelievable customer to them because I love to shop! They left me shaking! If they didn’t have a “return for store credit only” I would of returned everything but I never want to see them again in my life! SMH 🤦‍♀

I was on the phone with my daughter when she entered this store early this afternoon. I clearly heard the gentlemen (and I use this term loosely) tell her that “if she was there to shop then shop, but if she was there to talk on her phone to leave”. She was so offended and I don’t blame her. She and friends of ours have shopped AND purchased here before. It is a unique and wonderful place. We were both stunned. Times are tough for everyone right now and we just can’t understand why anyone would treat a customer this way.
