You had given me personally your prior insurance policy docs so we could bill your mortgage company directly, which I would have not had access to unless given to me from you. Neither myself nor anyone in my office would ever put a policy into effect without prior consent or approval from a client. Please have your opinion but don't make up lies or question the integrity or the professionalism of myself, my staff and my agency. I apologize that you had such a bad experience, we always strive to help anyone in anyway we can and I hope in the future we can do business together.
