I’ve never been here but as someone that’s worked in hospitality I have the upmost respect for the employees. If you are so disgruntled that you feel the need to physically assault an employee then you have no business here. Taco Bell if you’re listening give that fella that got slapped a raise!

The service was excellent. This night crew is the best I've ever seen at a Taco Bell!! My whole order was correct!!! The crew was friendly yet hard working and the location was spotless!!!

Definitely delicious food and we all know about that but I want shout out the customer service , they was super fast in sat night with a really long line by driving through

long wait but the employees were damn near friendly at literally 4 am and apologetic so five stars

I threw my receipt away but I wanted to give a shout-out to this team! Very friendly- everything was packed super neat (unlike sometimes at other bells when it seems tacos are wrapped in haste!) and of course, quick service with a smile :)!

Was having a bad day went to wrong location. When I went,i don't remember the gentleman's name he was a younger man, and I think the manager. He helped me out. My order was cold and he was very friendly and helped ensure I was a repeat customer. 10/10 customer service. Wish I got his name to correctly email corporate and make sure he was taken care of and accommodated correctly

This place is disgusting ordered party pack my hard taco supplemento were all crushed and suppose to be steal sorft supreme got beef fir the second straight time pathetic nobody speak english dinning rm was dirty my garage is cleaned then thier dinning room i will not be returning to order here ever again neither will any of my family and friends place is a joke zero stars and gm of store was a real piece of work

I just wanna say I am so happy with the service I received!! I ordered via mobile and was on my way to pick up my order when I saw the longest line ever out into the street! I was very discouraged and I tried to cancel my order but the app said my order was ready for me! I was a little stressed out but I decided to go inside even though I ordered for drive-thru. When I walked in I was greeted by a lovely girl who asked if I was picking up. I have her my name and she gave me my order immediately. Thank you to the staff here for being so on point! As a person with anxiety about going into places to pick up orders, I appreciate this service so much. I know this sounds simple but I’m very happy. I was order number 954113 on 12/5 !!! They even neatly put my name on the bag. :)

Always friendly customer service in Central Islip!

This joint of Taco Bell has the best vibe, this people are working relentlessly however they are always in good mood which is kind of hard in fast food industry. I praise all the employees, from manager to kitchen to register. if you have a problem with your order you just need to bring the issue to their attention and they will do their best.

This visit was unexpected which opened my eyes not to believe which I was shocked to see on entrance order food on big touch display and more to go Taco Bell vegitarian menu which made fun for me. 2very little staff and same with customers . Very nice employees. Real fun endup when I was not able to find Napkins in store anywhere o found have to wait in line. Sad part no more Salt,pepper Napkins in self service section.

The $5 boxes are a blessing. This is my main spot to grab something, especially on the go. This location in particular is quite busy, but they manage to keep up with the pressure and have never gotten an order of mine wrong. Gotta love Taco Bell.

I'm a weight loss surgery patient and Taco Bell's food is great for people like me. One $5 meal will last me 2-3 days and they have a wider variety of choices than they did several years ago. If you want a quick meal, try their $5 option or use the Taco Bell app. I live 10 minutes away by foot and when I didn't feel like cooking I went here. Great place to eat!

I spend a good amount of time and money at a number of Taco Bell franchise locations in the Long Island area. The Central Islip location may give the most consistent and friendly service I have encountered. Their staff is extremely professional and have been strictly following what I assume to be corporate procedures regarding Covid-19.

Mind you, I'm usually there between 1 and 4 am, as I work midnights and I can't recall any instance of the workers letting that late night exhaustion affect their quality of service.

I use the drive through primarily for my lunch breaks at times, and even during rush hours I was able to order my food and eat, just on time to get back to work. The staff is very nice, and they have no problems with you taking your time.

The line is always lengthy however you can go inside to receive faster service. I enjoy this location bc they understand there are vegan/vegetarians out there and they dont act confused when you substitute black bleans (other stores have no idea) . the staff is friendly and take ownership when there is a problem. Best taco bell on the island

My order was wrong three times but the cashier David P finally made sure it came out right the third time even delivered it to my table with a smile. Very nice young man.

I luv tacos the best because i get the best 7 flavors at once hard or soft shell season meat or beans tomatoes shredded lectures sour cream shredded cheese plus a variety of sources !! 😁😄 also for a great price !!!!!
