I love McDonald's food what's the best I ever had specialty the Big Macs french fries and the soda Sprite

Great for in and out service sometimes helpful staff sometimes no but the food prepared is good take a visit you might like it enjoy 😄

If you don't mind 3 people begging money and others wandering around aimlessly while you eat, then this is the best place in the world to grab breakfast. The person who takes the orders has never said Good Morning or Thank You even once... Maybe it's a terrible place to work??

I like the option of the kiosk or the counter but they definition needed to clean them often and put sanitizer next to each one. The screens were filthy. Other wise the service is fast. Also, if you have people dining on, it only makes sense for customers to have the option of using the bathroom while there.

WOW!!! Empty this morning no one hanging out in the seating area exceptions of one homeless man that is always in all the stores. Service quick & courteous. Got to my destination & dropped my entire cup of coffee that was so good!

McDonald's in the heart of the little Dominican Republic - West 181street and Broadway. A very efficient, friendly staff of people will greet you there.

This location is renovated and it is beautiful. The staff are good and for the most part the place is clean. The only two things I have not liked so far is all the junkies that come in asking for money while you're eating; some of them stink so bad the smell lingers in the entire place well after they leave.

I love this place, very different than other mcdonalds ive been, very calming atmosphere and always feels good!

Just your typical every day McDonald's. The staff is friendly and the kiosks work if you don't want to stand in long lines waiting to order during popular times like lunch hour during the weekdays and soda machines with a wide variety of flavors. Something for everyone

Like I said in the review for Burger King I'm saying now for the review for McDonald's McDonald's I have always went to my first choice Burger King is my second choice your choice KFC for chicken third choice 4 chicken Popeyes and McDonald's I have always going to first so I highly recommend McDonald's they have fantastic toys for the kids kid friendly family friendly children family baby friendly universal friendly family friendly friends family friendly friendly in general the staff is knowledgeable and kind and respectable the cashiers are the same the management and supervisors and the bosses and the people who are in charge are all considered 100% the food is so great to have it's enjoyable no complaints no issues or problems they have bathrooms for the the staff and they also have it for the people and they also elderly friendly also disability friendly handicap friendly and elderly disability handicap friendly and also animal friendly for people who need special care with c seeing eye dogs wheelchair friendly and fully access friendly and they also deliver so go check it out for yourself with Donald's is a great place to go they have Disney toys and other toys at and go check it out for yourself and have a wonderful day sincerely yours truly Charles storms Jr

I must say this is one of my favorite McDonald spot. Staff is very nice they serve you in a very timely manner. Place is always clean no matter how crowded the place is you dont have to wait long for your food.

Love food when it's made fresh, but too crowded, students running out, homeless people inside asking customers for $. Crazy

It's a lot better now. They'll even take your order to your table so you won't have to wait standing up if your a senior

Good Micky Dee's they've got here. Employees appear to get along well with eachother, and my nuggets were sufficiently nuggety. Ordering on big 'ol screens is always nice, especially for those of us averse to eye contact, or those attempting a German language immersion during the European travel ban.

Whether this morning noon or night haven't had a dry cheeseburger from this place. This place is conveniently located right next to the Port authority terminal

Food is made fresh and fast for McDonald's, and usually never a hold up. They always remember an order, and it's done with a smile. Perhaps my favorite McDonald's to go to for good food and service.

Ordering on the app leads to a seamless experience. Otherwise, you may run into long wait times. The location seems to always be understaffed.

Like the way you make your order they give you a number and you go find your seat and they bring the food to you that is really nice specially when you're tired and they bring the food to you with a smile makes my day a great thing thought of the day great with a smile
