Valerie's Home Made Pies

We took a wrong turn and found this little gem in the woods that has the most amazing pumpkin pies I have ever tasted! It's so fluffy and melts in your mouth with notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, a sweet strawberry in the middle and not too sugary jusssst right! He says he has more of a variety but since we came late that's all that was left!! I ain't never ate a pumpkin pie in one sitting.

We stopped in woodstock for a couple hours on our way back to NYC and there weren't many options when I searched dessert in google but this place happened to pop up. And am I so glad it did. I called and asked what's available for the day and they had mixed berry pie. O m g this is delicious and tastes perfectly home made.

So glad we stopped here. Best blueberry pie I have ever had! Must try if you are in Woodstock!

Probably the thing I miss the most about living in Woodstock is going to buy Valerie's pies. If I ever return it will be my first stop! ❣🥰

Made at home literally these pies are baked in in the home and sold out the porch of her home. They are wrapped in tin foil just like your grandmother would have given it to you.
