The doctor is extremely professional and very thorough. They always get you seen when you are not feeling well,so I no longer have to go to a walk in clinic!!
I have seen her recent reviews, and I have to say her staff is wonderful. They are also professional,friendly, and very helpful!!
Glad to have this great office in Smithtown!!

I love Dr. kapsalis and Dr. Livieri. They are friendly and always very nice. No matter how small or big is our problem, my kids and I get an answer right away. I also like their walking hours. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

The doctors themselves are knowledgeable, sweet and caring. But the staff are some of the rudest people. 1 of the females in particular. I’ve never met such a rude women. I will now be finding a new primary doctor due to the nastiness of the desk/assistant staff

This practice is disgusting! My husband came into this office in excruciating pain with an ear infection during the walk-in hours. He was told to come back for an appointment 3 days later because he was 2 months overdue for a physical. Seriously!?! What kind of practice would turn away a patient in pain because they were 2 months overdue for a physical.

Still waiting for that call back. Front office hurts the practice.
