Always ask for Lindsay Morrison! From day one Lindsay made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. We relocated from Florida and I had to come up early to start my job while my wife and kids remained in Florida. Lindsay stayed in contact with both my wife and I via text so we could all stay on the same page across 1000 miles. She always made time to show us houses across all parts of the city. When my wife came up for a weekend, Lindsay was available to show her a bunch of houses in a short period of time, one of which ultimately was the house we selected. I never worried about what was happening on the back end between the mortgage lenders and title companies because she stayed in constant communication with us.

On a personal level, Lindsay made a great connection with us. She genuinely cared about us as a family and our interests, which was very helpful identifying the house and location we ended up. She and my wife bonded over their love of Taylor Swift. The icing on the cake was when I blew out a tire on the way to the closing. Considering I didn't know anyone in the area, I was about to use an Uber to get to the closing and deal with the tire later... But Lindsay came to the rescue! She took me to the closing, and then to the auto store to get the missing tool to change out my tire.

I feel that we gained a friend in a new city! She will be our top recommendation to anyone we meet who is looking to move to or from the area.

I had a great experience with Bill, he is great not pushy and very honest with every house that we checked, I totally recommend this guys. Every single recommendation for a first time buyer was a good advice, thay have a lot of experience

So far Im happy with the way our complex is being managed. It took a little longer to get it together than I had hoped but-The managers listen to us and they get done whats needs done. They will be raising rent at the first of the year but Im all for this change. They are actually using the extra funds to make our living space better! Are installing cameras and extra lighting. Keep up the good work

Slow on repairs

*Edited* ERA bought out our previous rental company in the middle of our lease. The customer service is pretty much non-existent, it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. Our lease ended in June, we never heard from ERA so we just continued our lease on a month to month basis. We finally got a letter at the end of August saying that our rent was being raised, but it was not as bad as we were expecting. It’s still concerning that we have not spoken with anyone and have not had to sign any legal documents regarding our new lease.

Nobody was able to return my call when main secretary was on vacation, air-conditioning was out 3 days

I have been with this property for 3 years, they never answer the phones it takes them forever to contact you. I had to have a heater in my living room, dining room & both bedrooms because they claim the heat was on durning the winter and it was not. I have just moved in June of this year and they are stating that i owe them money, i returned my keys in as well as my 30 day notice and i keep getting the round around concerning my deposit and the unkown balance. Very unprofessional management.

No regard for their tenants!! No hot water in my unit 3 weeks later still no resolve. They ignore my calls and e-mails. I have something living inside my walls. No exterminator has come out nor have they scheduled one. I have a ton of issues that should have been fixed but they were only concerned about getting the lease signed. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The apartment is nice but the management of it is TRASH! TRUE SLUMLORD!

This is by far the most unprofessional real estate company I have yet to encounter in my search for a new home. If I could give zero stars, I would! I've never even written a review before, let alone a bad one but felt it was appropriate in this case. I briefly spoke to one of their agents about 5 days ago and was waiting to find out about my pre-approval. The same day, I was contacted by another agent with a different company who ended up making the process go a lot smoother and seemed very professional and educated. I was contacted again today by the same Real Solutions agent, and when I told him that we had found another agent and made an offer on a home, he came across as some jealous ex-boyfriend who couldn't stand the idea of "his" woman being with another man. Turned VERY unprofessional VERY quickly; couldn't stand the fact that he lost a potential sale. I even told him before it got ugly that if it all fell through, I would contact him, but now? I will NEVER look to this company for their business nor recommend them to anyone. Not only that, but the ONLY good review they have was made by their own employee, about HIMSELF! What?! Do yourself a favor and stay far, FAR away from these money hungry scumbags!

Rental management department is horrible. Never answering phone or responding to the app for work orders.
