This week we used Erik Matthews for the 3rd time since buying our house 10 years ago. Each time we have used Erik Matthews plumbing it has been an easy experience. The crew have showed up on time, been respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and prices have been more than fair. Our most recent call to Erik Matthews plumbing was this week for a pipe under the sink that was leaking into our basement. We were able to get someone to come the same day as our call. Zach showed up within the time window we expected, he was quick, polite and very patient with my puppy that would not leave him alone.

I recently contacted Erik Matthews Plumbing to address a sink drain issue. The team was responsive and scheduled an appointment promptly. They also kept me informed of their arrival time. Once Zach arrived, he quickly identified and resolved the problem. Their service was reliable and transparent, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Called Erik Matthews when the cold weather hit. No heat. He got right back to me, squeezed me in somehow - got to my house, diagnosed the issue and fixed it the next day when he quickly got the parts. Very fair price too! Def would recommend him and use him again.

I reached out to Erik Mathews to have him convert my oil to natural gas boiler system to get one of those tankless water heaters just before the pandemic and with that all work for everyone had come to a complete stop so he was never able to start. Well as the old saying goes, All good things come to those who wait. Erik’s crew came in 6 months later he and his crew did a phenomenal job. They took away all of the old stuff and installed this new quiet tankless heater. If I could give more stars I would. The service was great, the crew explained what was what and well here I am raving about my new boiler. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Erik Matthews plumbing.

A TRUE PRO!!! Look no further because Erik Matthews will solve all of your problems! I can without a doubt vouch for his prompt and expert service. I would especially recommend him to anybody who has trust issues because Eric is honest, thorough, dependable, highly knowledgeable, and generally just a really good guy. He provided us with FANTASTIC service from start to end. Here is why he is now our GO -TO- GUY!!!
----We lost hot water right before a holiday weekend and so we called a plumber that a friend recommended, with the hopes to figure it out quickly, for a reasonable price, before the weekend. Boy, do I wish we knew about Erik before we made this call! This other plumber told us that it would be fixed as soon as he got the necessary part, but as the days went on, we were told that this part was impossible to find, but we should not worry because they had found the only available one in the tri-state area. Ten days, and a whole lot of dishonesty, incompetence and stress later, we still did not have hot water! That’s when we called Erik, who literally saved the day! It took Erik a few hours to arrive at our home, diagnose the problem, FIND and RETRIEVE the “impossible” part and fix the hot water heater/boiler, when the other company was going on day 11 and was still claiming to be the only one that had this part. A FEW HOURS IN TOTAL FROM PHONE CALL TO COMPLETE SOLUTION!!! It was astonishing and extremely refreshing to see the difference between how Erik ran his business as compared not only to this other plumber, but also to others we have worked with in the past. From the first moment I met him, Erik filled me with confidence and he did NOT disappoint!!!! The work seemed instinctual to him, as well as to his workers (one of which was his son, proving the Matthews Family has some serious talent)!!! They provided a detailed and full explanation of what the work entailed, and were true to their word. TRULY AN EXCELLENT COMPANY AND SERVICE!!! THEY HAVE MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION (in fact, I rarely ever write reviews, which says a lot)!!!!! ERIK MATTHEWS IS UNBEATABLE!!!!!

We were so thankful that we called this business. Miguel and his colleague came to my dad's home at 11:30pm on a Friday night to do an emergency repair. Even though they had been working since 8 that morning, they were extremely polite and professional and got everything back in working order for our father at a very reasonable price. We would definitely use Eric Matthews Plumbing again and highly recommend!!

I called Erik to fix a leak that was seriously causing trouble at our place of business. He sent his sons to check out the problem. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They not only fixed the initial problem, but also detected other potential leaks, which they fixed before leaving. I'm sure I know who to call & refer whenever we have plumbing issues in the future.

I called Erik for an emergency repair and they came through... His crew came the next morning and replaced the navian part and got my tenants heat back up and running. They also flushed both systems for a great price! Thanks fellas, great job!!

I cannot recommend Erik enough. I called maybe 6 or 7 places when my navien heater system stopped working in the dead of winter. Erik was the only one to answer my call and come out on a Saturday after Thanksgiving. Even though I was too far, he still came out and diagnosed the problem for me. Very friendly, very professional, and you wont be dissapointed.
