Went there with some friends for one of my first nights out. Never had more fun. Singing was a given and dancing was never judged. I loved everything about the night, from the drinks, to the bar tender, to the other drinkers. Everyone was amazing

I have been coming to this bar since I've worked there when it was Little Bits. Home Base is honestly the perfect name for it though. Mandy and Jenna both create an environment that has felt safe and happy for me since I was brand new to the gay scene. This is the main place where it still feels like there is truly still community in the gay community of Cincinnati. You will never feel more welcome in any other gay bar here.

I've been coming here since 2015 and have always loved this place. The last couple of years it's grown so much! No one is a stranger, great atmosphere, great drinks, and a great bartender!

Small hometown bar... very nice feel, but you have to remember if you go in there, be friendly. The vibe is relaxed and they've got pool, darts, a patio, karaoke, etc...

My favorite bar. It really is my home base bar. Been going here for almost 10 years and the bar tender is always on point with her drinks. Always has deals on drinks and even free pool sometimes. If your looking for a place to get to know people and a awesome vibe where they welcome everyone; than this should be your regular go to spot. Stop in for 10 minutes or even stay all night, you won't have a bad time and everyone will remember your name. Home base tavern, I love yall. I've honestly never been to this bar.
I just wanted to share how hilarious and pathetic it is to see people whining and complaining over cigarette smoke in a dive bar..
Go on downtown, there are plenty of pretentious cocktail bars to cater to your hypersensitive main-character worldview. Take your vape with you. Nerds.

Bartender Mandy miller went above any beyond to help me get my keys back I left on a Saturday night . I was upset and over intoxicated and she made a post online and I ended up finding her post. She met up with me before they opened back up for the week. They are normally closed SU MON , but came to help me anyway. Really appreciate it!!

Mandy is hands down the best bartender/bar manager there is out there!!!!! She will accommodate anyone and anything reasonable. If you haven’t stopped here, YOU NEED TO!!!

Cheapest drinks and cocktails you will find in the area for sure. Super chill and friendly. The bartender is also very nice and they got free pool on the weekdays.

This is one of the best bars in the country. Everyone here is like family and it truly does feel like home. You’re missing out if you do not come to this bar

Great LGBTQ+ friendly space with a lot of history. Never crowded so if you are looking to drink with a crowd, this isn't the place. Love the pool table.
