Picked up my Christmas ham today and had the most helpful lady taking care of me. She ensured that I got the correct size for my needs! She was very friendly!

The customer service is superb and the Tavern Club...amazing.

Sales associate by the name of Chris was very courteous and pleasant to talk to. I ordered half boneless ham and I explained to him that I had a $7 coupon for $50 minimum purchase. He suggested to get one of the side dishes so that I could use the $7 coupon.

Chris was a model employee and I appreciated his hospitality.

Their BQ ribs are so amazing! The meat is so moist falls right off the bone. Easy quick dinner fully cooked just slam it in the oven or microwave. Some of the best ribs I've ever had. Lots of BQ sauce. I love their broccoli cheesy garlic. I'll be visiting this location again for sure. Nice staff=)

The staff is always very friendly here. I'm not a ham guy, so I always get the boneless smoked turkey breast. Absolutely delicious. Leftovers make great sandwiches.

Honey baked ham has always been fantastic, but this year we also got the turkey for Thanksgiving. It was fantastic! When I went to pick up the order, there were several people in line buying the side dishes as well which is also a great idea if you don't want to do a lot of cooking from scratch on a holiday. The have curbside service as well if you don't want to stand in line.

Delicious sandwich as good as I remember it being a few years ago. They were also very quick to get me in-and-out since my wife and daughter where as hungry as they could be. I think Alex took care of me and he was helpful and great costumer service.

Lunch here was great! Fresh and light. I had the chicken salad on a croissant and it was very good. The smashed potatoes are a nice change from chips or fries. They have Coke products so that's always a plus for me. Tereecea answered all my questions and was just a genuinely nice person. The perfect person for a first impression of this business! The store/ cafe was spotless. The bathroom was clean and we'll stocked. A great change of pace!

The employees in this store go above and beyond to be courteous and helpful. I've purchased from this store many times and have always been treated exceptionally well. I purchased a boneless ham this last time and we all agreed it was the best ham we've ever had.

I stopped in to buy Honey Mustard Mayonnaise, the best I've ever had. I decide to get a sandwich to go. I could not believe how good it was, I will be stopping and eatting, there every time I'm in Dublin now. The sandwich was to die for it, I told everyone about how good it was. The employees were so nice, the guy that prepared my sandwich, brought it to me. You have to check out the restaurant!!!

This company is great. I mean ya it is a box store chain but it does do everything right. Very clean, very friendly and really nice inside.

Short lines which mover pretty fast. It is pricey and this is about the only down side of things. But by saying pricey, it really is.

Great area of the city, but avoid rush hour times or you will regret if because of all the extra traffic and congestion in the area.

Sawmill Road Honey Baked Ham store makes the best ham salad in the world. Whenever I visit Columbus Ohio it is a must stop for me. I am from San Antonio and have not yet found a honey-baked ham in that area. I also bought the life of whole wheat bread that they use for their sandwiches. Yum yum yum talk about high-end Bread. Michelle took very good care of me. Thank you very much for a warm greeting.

Had the chicken salad sandwich for lunch on a croissant. Delish! Fresh and overstuffed. Husband had the cup of baked potato soup and half a ham sandwich. He loved both, but said the soup was outstanding. Highly recommended.

Good food, but a bit overpriced. I especially like to buy their ham-bones to make soup, and you can also buy the split pees and beans here as well. Sandwiches are good here too.

Love both their ham and their turkey. Quick service even during the holidays. Buy both our Thanksgiving and Christmas meats there every year for last 10+ years.

This place has amazing sandwiches. I was really sad that during the time I was there (11:45am - 1pm) there were just two other buyers. This place is WAY TOO GOOD to be allowed to go down. Try it, and you'll be hooked!

Great service and food. Went to the location on Sawmill Rd. Mike was helpful and informative. The Bella sandwich is delicious. The facility is clean and neat. Worth the stop, I'll be back! $$

Even though it was Christmas Eve and the lines were long we still got throughout in no time to be greeted by super friendly folks. Awesome ham as always!! Will be back many times.

There must have been 60 people in line but took 10-15 minutes to get through. Great food. Terrific service. Great combo.
