feel Beauty Supply

My daughter and I frequent Feel Beauty. Usually we go to the one on Gun Hill Rd but we decided to give this one a look see. One thing I’ve noticed is many are next to a Dollar Tree which is awesome.
I must say, I thought this location was small. It’s a really nice sized store. It’s very clean and organized. I did notice the price on the L.A Girl Foundation was much higher than the Gun Hill store which makes me believe it’s a franchise. So, you may want to shop around to get lower prices.
I really appreciated not being followed around the store. It was a comfortable feel.

This is my first stop to shop for my wigs and so much more.
Workers are friendly and eager to help. From managers to girls/guys who work on the floor are pleasant.

Very well supplied beauty store and if they don't have it they can order it for you with pleasure. Ask for the lady because the man is very grumpy behind the register. He doesn't say thank you after your purchase also. I've also made numerous purchases here.
Other than that the shelves are clean the floors are clean everything is always well placed and there's plenty of supply.

I shopped at this Feel Beauty location recently. I was very pleased with the help & customer service! The store personnel, a lovely woman named: Empress - was knowledgeable, helpful & patient. She knew the exact aisle & location of every item I wanted to purchase. Excellent customer service! I will shop at this store again & again! Great job Empress!!👏🏽👏🏽

I recently purchased a few hair products and I did not want to leave the place. It is stacked with so many different brands and everything is organized. The staff is polite and very helpful. I didn't need their assistance, but I saw the young lady helping another customer and she was very knowledgeable and polite as I mentioned. I will be going back this weekend and everytime I run out of hair products.

Best beauty store hands down. Omg the wigs selection is amazing all the wigs are nice n neatness combed . Excellent female workers Empress n Asia and the know all the items in the store. That’s the best part. Most workers don’t even know all there products but these girls do. Thank you . Wish it was bigger.

This is my favorite feel beauty in my area of New York. The service and attention you receive from the staff is great. The young lady who works there is very knowledgeable of products and personable. I’m never disappointed when I leave the store. It is also very clean, and the product/wig selection is great.

I was extremely satisfied at this beauty supply store. Normally, I would go to my local beauty supply store but three Saturdays ago I happened to be in Pelham and I was pleased with the service I got. The employee working there by the name of Empress was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Shs created a conversation with me that was so encouraging and educated on me on locs, something I'm new to. She gave information others would normally "Gatekeep" and had great advice on the business aspect of hair and beautology. I definitely enjoyed my time in the store and would love to keep in contact with her if I could. Like I said, normally I'll go to my local beauty supply but I do plan on taking the drive over, and shopping here some moreas my alternative thanks to Empress.

They have a large selection of wigs and the young lady name Asia who works there is very nice. They have everything you need in there. From beads, clips, beard products for men to every edge control that’s out on the market. It’s clean and bright and by far the best feel beauty store I’ve ever walked into

Amazing Staff!!! Great prices and Superb Deals! Bought 4 wigs for a friend and had support from the store manager the whole time. She was also very pleasant, patient and compassionate! I definitely recommend this store 10 out of 10!!!!!!!!!

Large selection of items and brands as well as spanish skincare brands. I would recommend, not a busy place either. Purely makeup, small accessories and cosmetics. No large accessories like bags but I don't mind this!

Better quality over quantity.

Welll first i would like to say congrats for opening up a new feel beauty in Pelham lords know we needed it. Folks normally go to mount Vernon for hair products but now we will come here. Since it closer and the prices and great . I must say the store is really clean. And the bathroom who ever clean the store. Thank u . I love that about a bueaty store. I notice the 20% off on wigs sign so I went straight there first . The wigs look amazing the area is well clean and organized. Not like the other feel beauty store the Wigs’s are a hot mess and haven’t been brush is weeks .But this store you can tell who ever in charge of this wig section take pride in there work . I was greeted by a wonderful Jamaican lady. I can tell she Jamaica due her crystals and the way she carry her self. Not GHETTO . She asked if I needed help and direction to all the new wigs. I must give it up to her cause I really did not come in the store to buy any wigs but just by talking to her I left out with 4 wigs. I was please. But I know i will have to hide this from my husband. Because I have ready have a closet full of wigs. She can multi task very well she help 5 other ladies will servicing me . Excellent customer service to her but the manager need a lil work. He plays as if he does not understand english. But Eye know he speak english. I will share the new with my friends so they know that you guys are here . Thank you Empress for your time n patients .

Very clean, organized establishment. Staff was very helpful and I was able to browse aisle by aisle and take my time without being watched as if I were going to steal something... will be returning. Also the choice of music playing in the store had me moving

I called every store in the bronx and failed when they didn't have what I was looking for (EBINNEWYORK lipliner -shade "cork"). A lot of the employees that answered sounded as if I was bothering them and/or literally, told me they were too busy to help me. But I called Pehlam at a last attempt to find my favorite lipliner and a young lady named EMPRESS picked up the phone with a wonderful greeting. It put a smile on my face and gave me HOPE that the store would be the only one to have what I've been looking for. Unfortunately, they didn't have it in stock either, but EMPRESS' patience and kind demeanor throughout the entire process (as short-lived as it was) lifted my spirits to the point I was no longer disappointed. That is RARE, there are few people in the world like EMPRESS. SHE DESERVES A RAISE AND A PROMOTION. Keep your head up girl because people will push you and test your limits. Don't let them, continue to kill'em with kindness.
