I have been a patient of Dr.Thiel since he opened his practice in Worthington. Dr Thiel and his entire staff are very friendly and conscientious. I trust Dr Thiel’s diagnosis and have never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I especially like that Dr Thiel reinvests in his practice to offer the “latest and greatest “equipment and procedures.Many people are hesitant to visit the dentist because of past experiences. I suggest that you give Dr Thiel a try, I am confident that you will be pleased.

The staff here are wonderful!! The ladies that check you in always greet you with a smile & the dental hygienists are the best. I have worked with Kelly every visit & have nothing but great things to say about her! Dr. Thiel has a very calming aura and you can tell he really cares about you as a patient. Would highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a new dentist office.

Chipped a tooth on Easter Sunday. Called multiple offices to try to get an appointment to get it looked at and fixed, but only found out there was a 5 month wait. Found out that Dr. Thiel was in my insurance network, I had previously been a patient and didn't want to leave 5 years earlier. Gave the office a call and got an appointment to be seen 2 days after my call. Wasn't expecting it to get fixed at the 2st appt, but it got fixed and he knocked it knocked it out the park. Great dentist, great staff surrounding him. It's comforting to be back with someone I trust.

Dr. Thiel is incredibly personable, knowledgeable and professional. His staff is also very warm and wonderful. It is easy to see he has build a great team environment to really take care of patients! Thank you so much for the top notch quality care!

My son has special needs and has out grown his pediatric dentist. Everyone at Signature Dental was amazing. Kellie and Dr Thiel couldn’t have been nicer and more caring. They are super smart too. So much so, that not only is Noah their patient, but I’ve decided to become a new patient myself!

I called Dr Thiel office because I have been battling ear and jaw pain for a week, I had been on antibiotics from urgent care for a week. Dr Thiel’s office got me in within the hour, checked me all out and discovered I need a root canal, walked me over to the endotontics doctors & helped me schedule a root canal appointment. Dr Thiel & his staff are a very professional and caring team who go out of their way to take care of all your dental needs promptly, gently, and with tremendous knowledge. I have gone to this practice for many, many years. I have never had anything less than an excellent experience. The receptionist, Shelly, is wonderful and helpful. The hygienists are excellent, thorough, friendly and eager to answer any and all questions. Dr. Thiel is fantastic and has a talent of balancing efficiency with warmth and true listening skills. The character limit in Google reviews could never fit the number of great things I have to say about this place. I look forward to every visit.

My husband and I drive one hour to have Dr. Jeremy and his VERY friendly/professional staff work on our teeth twice a year (or more).

I highly recommend Dr. Thiel and his whole staff! They fixed my daughters cavities with their Solea laser machine. No pain and no numbing! And so quick! Thanks for the excellent care.

Dr. Thiel and his staff are outstanding. A crown broke and I was in the office the next day. Thr crown was replaced while I waited (not very long). It is always great to catch up with my longtime friends.

I was recently accepted into Dr. Thiel's practice for my first appointment, exam and a cleaning. He and the staff were professional, courteous, friendly (big smiles) and thorough. They followed appropriate protocol for my health and cancer screening. The office and operatory environment put me at ease by including a slide show of beautiful videos from around the world which were visible from the dental chair. I look forward to continuing in his office for future recall appointments and for any other dental work that I may need.

Is it possible to look forward to a 7:30am dentist appointment? Yes, when it means seeing Dr. Thiel and his team! They’re always friendly, caring and thorough. I also appreciate their state-of-the-art technology. This practice is the model for what all medical/dental experiences should be.

Dr. Thiel and his staff are always kind and compassionate. They provide excellent care, hardly ever make you wait, but never cut your care short if your problem requires extra attention. They try to be as accommodating as possible to schedule you promptly for acute issues or to reschedule you if you request it. If you have a billing question, you can talk directly to someone in their office on the phone and they help you resolve any issues. A wonderful practice!

I have been with this practice for 15 years. When I had a dental emergency I was able to be seen within hours of calling. I would describe Dr. Thiel and his staff as highly competent and very caring.

Dr Thiel and his team are great. Treat my family very well have been going for years and plan to stay with them as long as they will have us.

The office of Dr Thiel has all the latest dental equipment. Most of all it has a great staff. I received a crown with one visit. It took about an hour and half to prepare the tooth, make the crown in house and put it in place. I left the office with a new crown that I could eat on immediately. One visit, one shot of pain killer instead of two of each. No waiting two or three weeks with temporary crown that may fall off.

Dr. Thiel and Diane went far above and beyond to help my elderly mother with a difficult dental problem. They made special arrangements for her care that would cause the least impact to her daily needs. They gave us a couple options so she could choose which would work out the best for her. She was definitely smiling when she left!
