Very polite, and professional. Worked quickly and efficiently. Excellent communication! Once the job was completed he gave us an overview of the new hot water heater and how it would best serve us. He also took great care to insure the carpet was kept clean and the work area neat and tidy. We called late afternoon on a weekend and he responded immediately, within a few hours we were up and running with hot water for our guests!!

Viliami Ruiz was a fantastic plumber. He was early, respectful, educational, and quickly identified the reason our water heater was leaking was because of a pressure issue with our regulator. We replaced the regulator and now no more leaking! Thank you!

Brayden came out this morning and fixed our fireplace. He was fast, knowledgeable, and super friendly to boot. We were really pleased at how affordable the service was, and how quickly they were able to come out to the house.

Matthew was an excellent technician. He was easy to talk to, answered my questions and did a very thorough job. This is not my first experience with Walker’s. I have called upon them for plumbing issues and had the same excellent experience. I highly recommend them.

We just had Robert with Walker Plumbing install a new water softening system by Novo. Robert was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. By far our favorite tech from Walker Plumbing. Robert sold us the system when he visited us on Monday and on Wednesday he was back to do the install. He was ready for any question I asked. Very professional and fast. On the day of the install he was training another tech and he was good too.

I had a water heater malfunction after 6pm. Villy called back within a few minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and talked me through fixing it myself. Outstanding service compared to a competitor that wanted a $69 service fee to come over the next day.

Brayden was great. He was very courteous and consciousness. He kept me in the loop regarding the parts needed and when he'd come back. He diagnosed the problem in 30 minutes and he finished the repairs in no time. The system is running very quietly and the house is very cool.

I had several issues going on. Tyler was very knowledgeable and provided different options. He was patient with all my questions. He is also very responsive, as is the whole business. I felt like I was heard, which is not always the case. I will use Walker Plumbing Heating and Air for everything from hereon, and will request Tyler if it’s in his area of expertise. I rarely rate or leave reviews but this experience with this company and specifically Tyler deserves 5 stars!

What’s with the plumbers in Southern Utah these days? I’ve built out two projects and had two plumbing issues inside my house the past 2 years and after contacting over 22 plumbers was unable to get a single plumber out here to do any of them. This time, I called Walker and they came and serviced my house the very next day. Even though they weren’t able to fix the issue, they provided great customer service and follow up. I do have them looking at another project so I will do a follow up and let y’all know how that goes.

Brayden was the best! He was friendly, introduced himself, listened to my issues and included me in the diagnosis and mitigation of my AC dilemma thoroughly explaining the steps and reasoning behind the process. Basically, he made it fun to give him my money. 🤣🤣 Thank you for the service!!

Luke with Walker Plumbing was so awesome and cane out late on a Saturday night (even when his wife was in the hospital) when our water heater started leaking then spent a few hours on Sunday replacing it for us! He was so knowledgeable and friendly and really helped us out. Five stars!

Walker's plumbing has been absolutely amazing! Their technicians are friendly, kind, knowledgeable and fast! They were very patient with us and explained things in a way we could understand. They were thorough to ensure the quality of their work is the absolute best! I will never use another plumber again and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know!

Fantastic experience! She was very personable and gave us great service. Explained everything and offered great advice for now and the future of our tankless system. We have had Walker Plumbing come out multiple times and every time they are always so helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. We recently had a toilet go out, Villi and Reagan came out and were so nice and professional. They investigated further than just the toilet issue and found out our water pressure was way too high which was causing the leak. A few days later we had Kyle come out and install the new valve and toilet and he was very nice and professional as well. We will definitely recommend Walker Plumbing!

CJ, our technician, from Walker Plumbing was super knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything to us in layman's terms. He tested our water for chlorine levels and found they were high (we had never had our water tested before). He explained that those levels would cut our water softener's life in half and made a recommendation to install a carbon filter system for our house water. He explained that besides chlorine the filter system would take out iron, magnesium, and many other minerals. This would also help our dishwasher and washing machine last longer.
The next day he came to do the installation and was here on time, did a great job, and cleaned up after himself. It was a real pleasure to have CJ in our home and will be asking for him by name from now on.
We have been using Walker Plumbing and HVAC for four years and they are a great company. We would not use any other company.

Matt provided excellent service and advice. I felt certain that Matt’s work was thorough and complete. I will ask for him again when I need work done on my furnace or air conditioner.
