Ashely Kernan and her assistant Alexis are absolutely amazing. I was in a car accident. She got me in the very next morning my head was killing me and she did everything to try to make me comfortable. Most doctors wouldn’t even get you in the next day I have never had a bad experience with her. She’s always been absolutely amazing, you can tell she truly cares about her patients which is really rare to find these days. I am so thankful that she is my doctor. I cannot say enough good things about her and her assistant is amazing too. She knew I had a headache and when I had to come back, make sure to get me in the room so I didn’t have to hear children screaming. I was so tired and in pain I was so thankful for that just doing those extra things makes all the difference they are both truly amazing people.

When my OBGYN retired I was so nervous to find a new one especially since I loved my old one so much, but I have absolutely loved Dr. Doctor! She explains everything very well and makes sure that I’m always comfortable! Not only is she professional, but she remembers little details about me and it makes me feel good coming back here! I’m happy to say that I found an even better OBGYN than before:)

I go to this clinic for podiatry. Dr. Anna Hronek is in my opinion the best podiatrist along the Wasatch Front. She does wound care and is a limb preservationist. She has a great staff that checks you in, prepares you to be seen, and then Dr. Hronek is thorough, interacts with you to make sure all of your questions are answered, and once done leaves you educated and prepared until your next appointment. Great experience, start to finish.

Recently move to NSL and have gone to Bountiful Clinic a few times and have had a good experience each time. I recently went in to see Dr. Curtis and it was the best doctor visit I've had. She actively listened, asked questions to better understand and took notes on her computer and on a piece of paper, which she sent me home with me. She was very intuitive and actually got to know me, as a person, as well as my symptoms. Not once did I feel rushed during the appointment. I would definitely recommend her to any one especially to any member of the LGBTQ+ community as she is very accepting, and respectful. She asked what my preferred pronouns are, which I appreciated. It was a very good visit and worth my time. So glad I have found a doctor that cares about her patients.

My family and I have been going to the IHC Bountiful Clinic for years and have seen both general practitioners and specialists. We have had a consistently excellent experience from the health care providers, lab technicians, and front desk staff. I would recommend IHC and the IHC Bountiful Clinic to anyone.

This is for the Bountiful clinic physical therapists specifically Dave and Rebecca. I had a total knee replacement six weeks ago. I alternate between both. Rebecca is a PT assistant and is amazing! They stay right with you the entire visit. They take note of your progress from week to week! They are the best! I wish I would have gone to them after rotator cuff surgery!

My daughter has a severe fear of needles. She needed 13 vials of blood drawn and was super anxious. Bree was amazing, she totally got it and made the whole experience as easy and smooth as possible. She was exactly what we needed. I didn’t catch other names, but all the other people that helped or we spoke to were great too.

All the physicians I have seen here are amazing! My only complaint is that whoever supervised the new extension/renovation didn’t think about wheelchairs and the doorways to the offices are WAY too small for a wheelchair, which is surprising for a doctor’s office that they didn’t think about that. But the doctors themselves and staff are very friendly and amazing!!!

We go here for our pediatrician, allergist, dermatologist, OB/GYN, and we've been to the Insta-Care, all great experiences 🙂

Dr. Shen, the medical staff, and the office staff were so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Dr. Shen explained everything I needed to know and I felt very listened to and calm. I will definitely see her again when needed!

The staff is friendly, but this is the least organized office I have ever been to. It took them 3 weeks to order 2 prescriptions for me, and when I finally got them they were wrong. They lost 2 faxes, failed to tell me that my insurance was not accepted, and did not cancel an appointment after I called them to cancel it.
