Exceptional Motorcar

I casually strolled into Exceptional Motorcar a few weeks ago to see what was on the lot. Jake was quick to help and answered all of my questions. He was patient as I was not 100% sure what I was looking for. I was not in a hurry to purchase and really wanted to take my time. I drove an Acadia that day and really liked everything about it but I still wanted to weigh my options. I called Jake yesterday and told him I wanted to purchase it. I wasn't able to go in. My husband had contacted Jeremy not really knowing I had been working with Jake. Well needless to say they were both extremely helpful, accommodating and literally had everything completed for me over the phone. Christina was professional and kind even though I called with what seemed like a million questions. Mike made the financing painless. Each of them were personable and showed they are a people oriented team. I wasn't ignored. I also didn't feel overwhelmed. I was pleased with each and every person we came into contact with. This is the second car we have purchased from exceptional Motorcar and the only issue we did have they handled it quickly and completely and it was an older we had purchased for our kiddo. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from exceptional Motorcar. The staff is great and they make the process as comfortable as it can possibly be.

Great atmosphere very clean friendly staff lots of laughs and smiles! Josh made this the easiest and best experience by far! This was the best buying experience and the best customer service I’ve ever had. We will be sending our friends and family and returning in the future.

Mike worked vigorously to ensure we were in the SUV we wanted. He was honest and made sure we were ecstatic with our purchase. Won’t go to another sales person for any other car buying needs!

Bought a 2016 f350 from them. Custom service is what they sell. Never driven that far for a used vehicle. 400 miles one way. Drove it home. Good test drive 😁. Seriously though, they made everything more than worth it. Yes I would still drive again to buy from them. Great staff, great prices and great selection

From the beginning, communication was great, very honest people. They shipped our car to another state with no problems. At the end of the deal when we received our car there was a minor problem but they took care of it no questions asked. I would highly recommend them and would deal with them again in the future!

Salesperson was Josh! Fantastic salesman went over a little over a month ago to make a first time purchase for myself we had gotten everything worked out he was very patient and welcoming process took about 5 hours but it was my banks fault. Good customer service got Intouch right away and set up an appointment. I was coming 5 hours away and I got in way before my appointment but they were still so glad to have me and help me out! 10/10 dealer for my first time experience.

Called about a truck talked to Josh. Have to say as a used car dealership, very impressive! Back to the point Josh was straight forward no used car salesman B/S! Ended up with a good deal not a great deal but a deal that was equally beneficial to both parties. Overall great experience with Josh and the dealership. I believe they were straight forward and honest on both sides. The next time we are looking for a truck they will be the first call I make!

We had been looking for a very specific vehicle for about a year and a half. We found it at Exceptional Motorcars on Friday evening, we set up an appointment for Saturday morning, and we were off the lot with our new ride by 1:30pm. Jamie was a blast to work with, great sense of humor, made the time that we had to wait very laid back and relaxing. He was very personable and shared stories of his family, hobbies, etc. which made us feel more at ease and relatable to him. He was not pushy or "salesy", which was amazing. He was honest, open, and educated about the vehicle.
The vehicle was already at a great markdown compared to other deals we had found, plus it was a lot closer to home than traveling to Columbus or Indy where we had found cars "similar" to this.
An all around great experience and I would recommend Jamie to anyone in the future looking to upgrade their vehicle.
