I want to make sure it is known that I'm not necessarily giving these 5 stars to Hibbet, but to one of it's employees. Stacey at this location was the most helpful and understanding person out of the 7 Hibbet people that I talked to about my problem with my order.....this includes the Customer Service line. It is a shame that a Customer has to drive 30mins away after spending a long time on the phone with Customer Service to get assistance. Stacey.... hats off to you for your suburb customer service and a heartfelt THANK YOU for going out of your way to help me. PEOPLE LIKE YOU ARE TRULY APPRECIATE!
