Champaign Transit System

So thankful my mother was able to have transportation to her cancer treatments as I live out of town. Also thankful my elderly father has given up driving and uses CTS to get to his doctor appointments. Dad speaks highly of everyone. Thanks for your help.

Pretty much worthless if you need to get anyplace. I guess if you go to the Dr. once in awhile and schedule way in advance , works for that I guess. They say a person needs a 48 hour notice to get a ride. I called and they said they could not pick me up even three days from the date I called. I gave up. Their closed every little holiday and weekends also.

Worthless I have called for rides at least 50 times for different days always told none available at that time dr told me if cancel anymore to find another dr well thanks to ct I have to find another dr

Useless!!! Can NEVER get a ride when need 1! They don't run on weekends n only till 4 on weekdays! No Uber or Lyft in this town so they're literally NO other options!! This town is the absolute worst for public transportation!!!

4:30 on a Tuesday, just called to get a ride only to find out that they are done for the day. You will not get any recommendations out the airport way.
