Work was fine and the electrician knowledgable - billing came almost 3 months after service. I was charged for an apprentice and was NEVER told that there would be additional charges for that person. Over 1/4 of my bill was for the apprentice. Again never told of this expense. The company tried to explain to me that this is their practice to send out 2 people. Again...never informed of that. Not because of the quality of the work but by their terrible business practice and billing...1) not being timely in billing 2) not informing the customer and 3) not working to resolve the issue. I am paying the bill BUT will NEVER use this place again in the future nor recommend them. I will inform the business that recommended them as to their practices as well.
