Amazing place! Made cookies and cupcakes for my daughter’s graduation. The owner is a sweet soul. I love that she is paying homage to her grandmother. Oh and the milk shakes are delicious too!

Delicious down home bake goods, popcorn and old school candy. Something to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Stopped by for the first time today and I will DEFINITELY be coming back! First, the people there are so kind and helpful. I came in pretty late in the day so they were already sold out of cupcakes, but I bought a pair of cookies that were amazing!

First was the banana cream pie cookie, which was like the tastes of the dessert translated into cookie form. No actual pudding (probably a good call from a messiness perspective), but gooey white chocolate chips gave it a sweetness and the vanilla wafer on top added the perfect bit of crunch.

The other cookie I got was a double chocolate chip - unlike a lot of bakeries’ interpretations of this, the folks at Sweet Bertie’s use dark chocolate chips and white chocolate chips, both of which were melty in a just-out-of-the-oven way.

Both cookies were nice and thick, but soft in the most marvelous way (probably due to their freshness). I definitely recommend that people stop in to try them for yourselves, and I can’t wait to sample more of their offerings!

An absolute gem. The staff and owners are extremely friendly, the shop is clean and cheerful, and the desserts are incredible. My favorites are the pineapple upside down cake milkshake, banana cream pie cookies, and spicy caramel corn. The flavors are unique and well balanced, the portions are perfect and the prices are fair. Can't say enough about them. Happy to have them in my city.

Wow! I tried a couple of the cupcakes (lemon and turtle) from sweet berties….the presentation was beautiful and the cupcake tastes amazing!! The cake was soft and fluffy. The icing was prefect and had a tasty filling inside. They really take the time to make great tasting and looking cupcakes. 5 out of 5 will recommend to everyone I know that loves sweets! Can’t wait to try different cupcakes and other things on the menu! 🧁 🧁 🤩

What a great little addition to Bedford! I took my granddaughter and daughter-in-law to get ice cream. The lady behind the counter was very pleasant and friendly. They had a beautiful assortment of cupcakes, cookies and ice cream. We took it to the park to eat and it was delicious! Also very well priced. Highly recommend!

Let me just say that everything I have ever tried here has been hands down amazing. The flavors are absolutely amazing. Every single bite is mouth watering. First time in here I tried the cupcakes, cookies, milkshakes and popcorn. Let me tell you I was NOT disappointed by anything! And now they have chocolate covered cheesecake I am dying to go back and try. I would recommend this place to anyone this lady saved COVID and my sweet tooth ♥♥

What a great little shop! Everyone working there was helpful and cheerful. We got a mint chocolate shake and orange cream shake. Both were amazing. They had dairy free ice cream that was potentially better than "regular" ice cream. Finally, chocolate dipped cheesecake... Just ridiculous. We will definitely return

The cupcakes are delicious filled cupcakes. They also have wonderful cookies. I cannot begin to tell you how good they are!! Well worth the price! The staff are all very pleasant as well! It is well worth the drive from wherever you live!

This place is HEAVEN ! Ended up stopping here randomly for a treat before the movies, & we got cupcakes, cookies & a milkshake because we couldn't decide & it was ALL fantastic! Inside is decorated super cute as well & the lady helping us had such a beautiful soul ! Like I said, couldn't get enough of this place. I live about 35 mins away from here, but the drive is worth it 👌

I stopped in to this new establishment today and was pleasantly greeted and served. The cupcakes -- apple pie, strawberry shortcake, salted carmel & cookies and cream were DELICIOUS! And, the non-dairy Strawberry Banana shake was so good I wanted to lick the cup. I will be back!!

Stopped there today. We got some cookies, cupcakes, and popcorn. My kids and I absolutely loved everything. The banana cream pie cookie is a must try. The strawberry shortcake frosting on the cupcakes was fabulous. Sweet Bertie's is a must try.

I came from Avon to visit Sweet Bertie's and it was absolutely worth every mile I drove. Best cupcakes I have ever tasted. The banana pudding cookie I was upset that I only bought one of those. I will definitely be going back.

My son and I walked from home to this delightful little place of sweet heaven. The sample milkshake was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed the caramel apple snickerdoodle cookies and the turtle cupcakes. Yes, we totally indulged, and no I am not sorry. Wonderful customer service in this family shop. They make Bedford proud.

This is by far the best thing that's happened to Bedford in a long time. Their cupcakes are to die for, I had a turtle and an oreo cupcake. I also and this was my favorite the banana pudding cookies 🤩🤩. Family and black owned business, each person I was greeted by and the love and joy they brought to my. Visit. I will be a continued customer and can not wait to go again!!!

I love this bakery! I gave them a try during their soft opening and I was back to order dessert for Easter! There is nothing ordinary about any of the flavors of the cupcakes or the cookies. I ordered a variety and I wasn't disappointed with any of them! I'll be back again!

Their milkshakes and apple pie cupcakes are the best! Also the ladies are extremely friendly! Their grandma must have been a very sweet lady. They are a Great addition to the community.

OMG!! The best cupcakes in Cleveland. I have a major sweet tooth and this is what I've been wanting in a bakery and it's not too far from me. It has large variety of sweets that are creative and tasty.

I tried Sweet Bertie’s for the first time and it did not disappoint. The Chocolate Lovers and Salted Caramel cupcakes are awesome and the butter cookies are to die for. Highly recommend!

Where do I start. The shop is really is really cute and fun. Everyone that was there(staff and customers) were really nice. The cupcakes were moist. The cookies were delicious. I will definitely be returning.
