Giant Eagle Supermarket

Cashier Terrence is extremely nice and always makes the transactions fast enough so I can get to where I need to be quickly but never feel like he's rushing the purchases.

Always been a shopper of Giant Eagle. When I am looking for a specific spice or item I come here! Variety is great! Nice fresh looking produce. Shelves are always neat!
Prices are a little higher, but what do you expect to pay for better quality.

I really like this location never really too busy and just calmer than the one in Maple. An less stuck up than the one in Beachwood and Solon. So yeah right now this is my current favorite in the area. The bakery staff did an incredible job on my kids cake. My kid was way happy and all the staff were super helpful. Highly recommend.

It's my family grocery store. The employees are friendly and know what I want .and usually buy, so service is great. Always has whst I need. It's an older store, so bathrooms are old, but they keep the place as clean as can be expected. Self check out needs a lot of work, but add like every new thing, ..the bugs need worked out. I recommend this Giant Eagle Chain. UPDATE MAY 14,2023- New employees but still friendly and clean. Parking lot attendants keep rhe carts in store and clean. Great place and love the BOGOS

Great people that can deal with so much an still have a smile on their face. It can get ugly there during their busy hours due to it being a smaller GE. The employees are carrying this 5 star. It is a smaller GE so they don't carry everything a normal one would stock. Check out lines can get long and congested. Where are the Shopping baskets???

I must have showed up on a good day because no one was rude to me. Empty within an hour. Renovated bathroom and vending machines with everything from coffee to frozen dinners. No overnight parking & no parking once you're empty but really there's hardly any room there.

Everything I need is in Giant Eagle Bedford. The vegie trays and fruit are fresh. Deli counter has a great selection. There is a wide variety of meat in small and large packaging. Greeting cards, magazines, and books offer alot and are well stocked. Employees are helpful and pleasant.

Giant eagle is the place to go. Especially when you are in need of meat. They have the best deals and deals for your weekly preferred meals!!

Thank you to the employees at this store who continue to work and stock the shelves and deal with customers who are rude and pushy!! I was there today and saw alot of not-so-nice customers. What was that Golden rule? Oh yeah! Treat others like you would like to be treated. Don't forget to wash your hands.

The store is pretty small so that means more one on one communication which I like it is always clean and they go above and beyond. I also like that this is one of the few place I see mentally challenged kids work and they are very polite and always want to help.

For a busy day like today , this Giant Eagle was very neat and clean. I was able to find what I needed and the cash register line we're not long. The employees are very friendly
