Tacos Mi Mexico Taco Stand

Went with the Quesabirria and beef flautas. Oh my goodness, they were so delicious! Nice heat that warms the lips. Full of flavor, the cheese was nice and melted perfectly. I drove by and have never eaten here before. Love the red and green sauces. So much food that I get to have yummy leftovers tomorrow! Will eat here again.

I haven't been disappointed yet after several visits. Their quesabirria special is probably the best bargain locally (4 tacos & consomme for $13!) Also, the Super Burrito is huge! They have quite a bit of outdoor seating and on a nice day, very pleasant to sit and enjoy good food.

Made quickly, with fresh ingredients and very well worth your buck prices. There are very few good Mexican food places around here in layton, so I was absolutely over the moon to find such a hidden gem w birria tacos here!
They're super well seasoned, not dry, and come with a little cup of broth for you to dip your tacos in. Been here twice and would recommend

I was actually impressed by their tacos. I ordered tripa and they were pretty good. Yeah they’re definitely close to authentic Mexican street tacos for sure. Come order your tripa tacos crujiente - it tastes better. La señora serving is also very friendly and the prices very affordable

I've only had the tacos so far. The food tastes fresh. $2 a taco is 100% a great value. The Horcahata was so good. This will be a regular visit from now on. It is a good truck but don't let that get in your way of enjoying some delicious Mexican food.

Recently discovered this gem just minutes from our house. Food is on point. Super burrito was delicious. Favorite of the family is the birria tacos. I also love the pastor tacos. This place takes card and you can call in your order so it’s ready for you when you get there!

Excellent al pastor Super Burrito. Great flavors and filling. Salsa wasn’t my favorite, but adequate. I look forward to trying the other items.

The Food was beyond amazing!! And they got it out very fast for how many people were there. I would highly recommend this place!!

Asked if they recommended anything & they suggested Quesabirrias! Omg, so good! 4 Quesabirrias 4 for $10. Tacos $2.00 each. Everyone was so nice. She even suggested putting the salsa on the side, so it wouldn't be too spicy. Glad she did, because they were perfect! The tacos were good too, but the Quesabirrias were everyone's favorite. Even my super picky 10 yr old loved them. It's almost been a week since we got them & everyone is still eager for us to go get them again. Service was excellent too! Looking forward to trying some other stuff WITH our Quesabirrias in the future. Lol.

Their tacos was on point. Finger licking good. Can’t wait to come back and try some of their other menus.

$1.75 a taco. Deliciously made and super fast, no frills. They have birria everyday and its so good. Located in parking lot of Davis Lanes.

Edit: You can call ahead and pick it up in 10 minutes. I've gone here so many times now. They also take credit card so that's nice for a taco truck. They have all kinds of meats...I really like their tripa tacos too. On Fridays they have special salmon fish tacos. I always ask for spicy and extra grilled onions and Serrano pepper

Tacos are bomb! They have al pastor which is one of our favorites. I got the Plato de birria 🤤 I'm excited to try the taco version next time. So look forward to this being our new usual place.

Best street tacos in Layton! Anything you get here is going to be good. It's definitely worth a stop. The ingredients are fresh, and nothing is fried.

The Quessabirria tacos were amazing! I love birria tacos, and these were beyond what I was hoping for. The meat, the cheese and the broth were delicious. They also gave my husband and I plenty of food. Totally going back and recommending to all my friends. The churro was also excellent!

It’s been a minute since I’ve wanted to leave a review at a taco trailer… but these guys are amazing. The Birria is outstanding. The street tacos we’re also top notch. And extra full! The caramelized onions cooked in the sauce are served with both the tacos and the Birria.

They mentioned they will be opening a restaurant soon and I definitely think this is going to compete with any of the Mexican restaurants around here. These guys are well worth the visit!

Went today for the first time, tried the birria tacos and oh my god! Absolutely amazing.

Try the Tortas they are amazing. But everything on the menu is great.

The quesabirras are phenomenal, service is always excellent and wait time is minimal. Would recommend stopping by.
