One thing people must remember about any special shops like this one is that there a laws that state, shops can not take back or accept returns on products. So do not blame the store for following the laws. Also, remember shoplifting in the area is a concern for businesses. Just be patient with the business owner, they are only trying to make sure they do not lose money.

just fantastic products

I’ve been coming to this shop for many years. Unfortunately Tonight will be my last. The individual who was working this evening 4/15 (who I’ve dealt with before and has always been fine) was ABSOLUTELY so nasty to a friend and myself. Made me feel that we were by no means allowed to shop there. For reasons I can not rationalize in my mind. Upon being in the store for less than two minutes he demand that we answer his question about what we were looking for. He repeated this sternly twice and then said we only
Allow browsing for 15 mins… As if we had been therefor 14:50 seconds. So I’m just supposed to go in there and now immediately what I was there to seek out. The whole experience was horrible and not how you treat customers especially one who has been a loyal patron of your shop. I have always purchased my video home cleaner there but I will never step foot back in this shop again and will purchase online going forth. If you’re going to treat people so nasty rude then it’s my hope that your business fails.

This place has gone to rock bottom. At first I was greeted nicely and getting help. Have to be IDed at the door, which I understand cus of the schools around. But then as I'm looking get yelled at for looking to long when I was trying to get a good product most stuff get broken after a few times and a wast of money. When I got to the counter the lady was mean and rude and took her sweet time checking me out after yelling to "heary the hell up" and not helping me at all. I can understand some things that happen but if you have paying customers you should be nice or they won't come back.

First off, everything they sell is cheap. which is acceptable where they are located.what the real issue is, is that they are in the Oregon and close at 10. I can’t count how many times I’ve wanted too walk in that store, even at a decent time around 11 and they are closed.
So many people are out there trying to buy stuff because they’ve been drinking and want to have a good time. They’ve kicked out at least a dozen people at 10, because they wanted to close. How the heck are you going to be located there and close at 10. You hurt yourselves and I hate this store because of that. Do not go her and do to total x in west Dayton on Dixie.

this is the first bad review i have ever written. today, my friend and i decided to visit exotic fantasies on a whim while in the oregon district. this was an awful decision. the woman running the store was absolutely rude, condescending, and just made my friend and i feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. honestly, you could probably find a better selection at your local spencer’s where the staff is way more friendly. don’t waste your time or money at this place.

Older guy works there said no browsing more then 15 minutes.
Me and my wife said we are not browsing we going to look for something we going to buy.
The older guy works there repeat himself saying no browsing more then 15 minutest
We felt we not welcome there and can’t take are time deciding what we going to buy.

Don’t go there not worth your money and time.
