I came to the walk in/urgent care clinic for the first time after I got rear ended in a car crash. Everyone from the person who picked up the phone, to the receptionist, nurses, x ray techs and doctor was patient, friendly and accommodating. I would definitely come again.

The practitioner I see is amazing. More knowledgeable than most Dr's Ive seen. After years of getting the run around from other medical professionals, Meg had a diagnosis and referal to one of the top rheumatologist's in the state within 2 weeks. I can't explain the relief that comes with having a practitioner I can trust.

Very happy with the care I've received at MARI. The walk-in center is very convenient for last minute or weekend problems.

I am going there for a long time. I always found prompt competent care.
Doctor' appointment or emergency care always efficient and helpful.

Excellent experiences over the last 15 years.

Hard to get ahold of people. Drs and office staff are often out and difficult to communicate with effectively. Appointments are often late and long, lots of wasted time going in circles.

Not a good experience with the office staff.

Brought my husband to the walk in clinic for trauma to the eye from a work injury. We were the 2nd in line. The man before us was asked to pay his copay which he did and he stated that even when he pays his copay he still gets a bill in the mail. The lady at the front desk rolled her eyes.
We are now registering and the lady registering has zero personality and was pretty rude. She cared more about a $30 balance.
We were brought out back the doctor came in and lectured on how there should only be 1 person in the room and we should not have sat on the stool.
My husband was asked if ice was applied or Tylenol taken he stated no he came right there. I suggested to the doctor to let my husband lowers his face mask so she could see the side of face swollen and we were never offered an ice pack. A tetanus shot was given and we overheard the nurse on the other side of the curtain say oh no I gave him the wrong shot. Then said well no the wrong shot just the RI tetanus instead of the MA tetanus.
This place is a joke and they don’t have their act together. Very unprofessional urgent care with absolutely no people skills. I will say the X-ray technician was really nice.
I would highly recommend not to go here If you can choose a different urgent care.

This walk in center is horrible. I waited patiently for Covid results and strep results which they told me I would get within 1 day. I waited and no one called me back, when I tried to call back Louise was extremely rude and would instantly hang up without giving me the chance to talk. No one wants to take the time for patients anymore. As soon as I asked for a manager her attitude completely changed. Be kind or find a different profession.

Not a good experience during COVID pandemic. They need to work on respecting human dignity. "Professional" depending on how you define it. Generally, whether you are handled with professionalism depends on the employee you get and their attitude, but generally "no," especially not some of the doctors. Some people/visitors/patients are welcomed while it's not the experience of others. And, it's not a single experience during the COVID pandemic that leads to this review.

Waited 3 weeks to see the doctor which I thought when I made appt. When I was in the exam room a nurse came in to exam me , no doctor , told me to come back in two weeks , no prescription no solution no idea, no explanation of what I might have. Today I have been calling all morning just get voice mail . No one picks up the phone. So basically I have recieved very little help with my skin issue there.

Terrible. These people can't even forward calls appropriately.
