Stop & Shop

Experienced a problem with writing a check, telechex, no problem, my bank, no problem, Stop & Shop 800 customer service, problem. 3 calls to them while at service desk constantly being routed to wrong department. Managers gave me groceries from free due to inconvenience dealing with corporate. Stellar employees at the Bristol location.

Yay! It's a market! Kidding aside, they have a wide selection of food items. I'm surprised by the variety. Local produce too! Yaz queen! Shop on!

I saw recent bad reviews and do not agree with most of them. Most if not all employees work very hard to please the customer. I have seen Ann (which one review is negative about her); she works swiftly, and does a pretty good job in an area that is demanding and non-stop. She is courteous and very helpful.
One review does not always describe the situation.
Stop n Shop is a great place to shop.

Last year I rode down Metcom Ave. looking to buy live plants. And remembered that Stop and Shop in Bristol has a lot plants to pick from.
Well to my surprise I found a hanging plant that I put outside my door. The compliments were over Well meaning. So I decided to return
to find early Spring plants for Easter. Again I wasn't disappointed.
TY for your outdoor attention. Many women showed up early to get the best selection. I am ready for Spring the smell of fresh cut grass and nature's delight. My daffidol have popped already and now I have to start weeding for next color of delight. My yard is a playground for all little creatures great and small.

Mariam Principe the florist manager did an excellent job with my bridal flowers. They were absolutely amazing! They have great prices, and she helped put them all in my car. Thank you all who have helped with my wedding, not sure how to post a picture on here but they were beauitful!!

The staff in the store were very polite. The store is kept clean. Food and supplies are well stocked. Highly recommend this Stop & Shop Supermarket to other customers who are looking for a quality supermarket.

Just got home with my groceries. Love stop and shop.....

TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A CRISIS!
I never go to stop and shop due to high prices and poor quality but couldn't find ground beef so i purchased 2 2.5lb labeled 80-20 ground beef which i purchase often and cooked one up and found over 25 percent of this liquid lard render out i took a bite and was disqusted by huge chunks of fat i wouldn't be surprised if it was 60-40. I work as a cook so it easy to see they took advantage of a crisis added extra fat to the ground meat and labeled it as higher grade than what it was to meet demand i will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau

People at the deli we're very friendly as well as other associates that work there. Well organized and clean. Love the newer self checkout they recently installed.

The person who brings my groceries always has a smiling face and pleasant attitude. Just wish they would or could accept the tip I want to give them.

Always freshest produce, fish and great baked products.
Store is immaculate and staff is both helpful and friendly.

Always clean and nice employees. You do need to know your pricing but they do have some nice deals most weeks.

one of the two supermarkets in Bristol been open since June 1991 if your looking for good sales Stop n Shop from my own personal experience has excellent sales on meat cuts
