Bristol Ace Hardware

I went looking for some small screws to finish a project and there was two employees in the aisle putting stock away. Here’s the interesting part: the older kid (20 ish) was teaching the other (high school age) about the difference types of heads and the grading system of bolts and material types. I was very impressed with both of them. The older one for teaching (accurately) and the other (younger one) for paying attention and learning. I’ve always liked this store and this just served to remind me why.

I love the small business nature of the Bristol Ace. I’d ordered delivery of this winter’s pellets, and the Ace associates unloading the truck helped to stack all of them in my garage. Contrast this against the large national chains who when they delivered pellets last year, unloaded the pallet off of their truck and onto my driveway as fast as they could and left just as quickly. Given how the Bristol Ace treats its customers, I never see myself shopping anywhere else!

I have stopped here several times. They have always had what I was shopping for, plumbers tape, bird seed, cleaners, ect. I once stopped looking for shopping bags. They did not have any in stock but gave me 20 of their carryout bags for free. Staff is always helpful and friendly. I am happy to spend my money here.

These guys are awesome. I purchased a Weber grill earlier this year and the grill would not light. I called them and they have been to the house three times to troubleshoot and replace parts. The grill now lights. They were always cordial and friendly. I just cant say enough.

Great help from service rep. They had all the sundry supplies I needed in stock.

I've had great experiences here with helpful staff each visit. A few days ago, Theo helped me track down a propane heater accessory that I needed. He even called a nearby Ace store to find it for me and saved my day. I'll definitely be back to the Bristol location.

Some things a little on the pricey side but large variety of different odds and ends. ACE Is my go to when I'm in a pinch and need to find replacement for broken bolts and other hardware needs,getting keys cut, fluids lubricant sealers, spray paint house paint automotive accessories electronic items. Lol they have it all ..

Their wares are so hard. Great place. One dude asked me if I needed help finding something three times in a row. Did he not recognize me? Was I looking like a criminal? Who knows.

Great local hardware store. Staff are friendly and always helpful. Handy for picking up those things you forgot at HD or for grabbing the items needed for small home improvement tasks.

A gal who helped me find the plastic fasteners I was searching for (repairing small utility stand) was terrific. She guided me thru the myriad of tiny fasteners & she was so kind & knowledgeable. Thank you!

All the folks who work here are friendly and knowledgeable. I've ordered things to come to the store a couple of times, and the time estimates are spot on. They probably have it, but if they don't, they can get it for you.

The people who work here really care about you, and what ever project you’ve got going on.
