Definitely a better run retail outlet than any of the surrounding CVS stores. I've never used the pharmacy.

Every time I have gone for Fin electronic refill packs they never had any on the shelf. In fact almost no Walgreens in RI seem to keep products in stock.

i got two cans of pringles, buy one get 1 free, and two sodas, 2 for 3, my total was 11 when it should have been 6

I went on line with this store saw they the perfume I wanted and called store to confirm I was very specific about color of box make sure it had London on box and not for women on box If For Women was on box it is different smell from the one with London on a box. They said no women on box but classic I said I would buy and I drove 25 miles to the store and of course the perfume box had for women on it Don’t trust the people in this store

Asked a family member to go to Walgreen's in Bristol, RI today to purchase Sambucol Black Elderberry quick dissolve tablets. It's the only thing that works for me when coming down with the flu. She was told by the very unpleasant female pharmacist that they didn't carry it and she would have to go to a "vitamin" store. Another associate overheard and said it was in isle 16. She returned with Sambucol gummies which aren't as effective. She kindly returned to the store and came back with a liquid.
I was trying to me responsible and avoid contaminating others, especially the elderly. I called the pharmacist and explained the situation to avoid a third trip with no success or having to go out into the cold myself. She told me she didn't tell my family member they didn't carry it and put me on hold. I was on hold three rounds and she returned to tell me they carried all three varieties (which I already knew because I've been buying it there for 8 years) AND THEN PROCEEDED TO HANG UP ON ME. I called back and she told me she did not hang up on me and had someone standing there. She has no empathy for ill customers and has no customer service skills. I will follow up with a formal complaint to corporate. Unecepatable and unprofessional.

Every time I go there I always have to wait at checkout because there’s never anybody there. One time I waited at checkout for almost 10 minutes just to buy deodorant I just gave up and left. They need more employees.

Lady Tammy in there yesterday afternoon was absolutely miserable and rude. Should not work in a store if your not people oriented. I’m glad I seen her name on tag so I could post this. Mean person
