R&R Vehicle Repair

I have an older Honda mini-van and was expecting a much more expensive repair. R & R got me in quickly, found the problem and solved it for VERY reasonable price. The shop and customer service areas are incredibly clean and welcoming. Dave is friendly and has a good eye for detail. They have my business from now on! Many thanks!!

I live near the Cleveland area but unexpectedly had my starter, go out while down the road from R and R… I was able to select them based on reviews. They were thorough in discussing the problem and what they were going to do to resolve. The team was also able to work on it immediately and do the work for a very fair price.

Got me in pretty quick (I called Friday, had a appointment monday), called before any work to verify it was okay, and were super quick to get it fixed. Price was great. Most importantly they listened when I told them what I thought was wrong and (other than a few things I knew needed to be fixed too but am holding off) they didn't try to upsell me to make more money. Front desk lady was super sweet and respectful as was the guy who called to verify repairs. Car is running great now.

Pricing was fair and customer service was excellent! My Kia is in bad shape and they were able to provide me with a list of repairs that they could and could not do at the shop. I appreciate the staff going the extra mile for me and my car!

Came in with what I was sure was catastrophic engine failure, expecting to pay for an engine swap. Quickly diagnosed the problem and quoted a price well below what I dreaded hearing. They identified 2 minor problems and didn't try to fix and charge me. Dropped the car off at 8, picked it up at 2:30. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, especially the lady in the office. If these guys aren't careful, they're going to change the perception of mechanics! Awesome work, great price! R & R are fair mechanics. They aren't trying to rip you off. Honest, friendly, and fair mechanics. That's an awesome thing in today's world. Would highly recommend!
