Goffena Furniture and Mattress

Our overall experience at Goffena was excellent. They have a wide variety of furniture and accessories to choose from and their prices are very competitive. We were fortunate to work with Jackie. She is very knowledgable and helpful. No pressure at all, which was really appreciated. We purchased a sectional sofa, and went back to buy a coffee table and end tables. And the delivery guys were great. They were very professional, careful, considerate, and super friendly.

Have been doing some serious research recently on power recliners. Recently breaking one of my vertebrae’s have found elevating my feet above the heart helps tremendously relieving discomfort the following day. Next thought a recliner to address the issue too. Upon research found the Southern Comfort offered the zero gravity, best construction, wide selection and a good price.
After checking several distributors of Southern Comfort Goffena’s
had the best selection. Jackie Fergus greeted us when we entered the Sidney, Ohio location. She immediately pointed out their wide selection, endless coverings to choose, very knowledgeable regarding pricing and pointed out their great sale currently offered. No pressure just great customer service listening to health concerns we expressed.
Took her time w/covering selections. Did not pressure to purchase any recliners “we could deliver right away”. In the future, won’t hesitate returning to shop for furniture and asking for Jackie Ferguson

From the minute we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and a very helpful store associate. We came in kinda late, and apologized for that and he said he didn’t mind at all. We had been shopping all day at other stores but none could beat the quality of Goffena furniture. We came back in the next day and purchased a sofa and recliner. Hugh Allen made the whole experience nice and easy.

Goffena furniture was very easy to work with. The price was reasonable and customer service was great. Tilly made buying our couch an easy purchase.

My experience at Goffena’s in Sidney was great. My sales rep went way out of her way to find a piece of furniture to fit my needs. She was super friendly and accommodating and made my overall experience a good one. We could have gotten the same piece of furniture at Ashley’s in Lima, but we couldn’t get a sales rep to help us there.

Goffena has a wide selection of quality furnishings from which to choose. Our sales person was a fellow named Hugh, and he was terrific. He was very helpful, courteous, proficient and knowledgeable about the product lines. We are buying a mattress and a sectional sofa and Hugh and Goffena were able to help us secure the financing we needed to do so. We look forward to receiving our items. We also look forward to being able to review how they are holding up in about a year. Also, because we are veterans we get free white glove delivery. Right on, Goffena!

Clean, well lit, lots of options kind of store. Wide selection of furniture with multiple color ranges, and easy to order. Greeted at the door and their staff will definitely take care of you with what you want, and not hold you up for hours.

Very friendly atmosphere. The customer service was great, they were not pushy and helped when you need it and let you have space to look around and make a decision. They don't hover which we loved. Will definitely shop here again for mattresses and furniture.

Impressed with the cleanliness and presentation of the showroom vs. other furniture stores in the area. Appreciated the sales team as they did not pressure a sale, but rather were there to answer any questions I had.

Our furniture is just what we ordered! The only issue was a chipped leg on the back of the couch, but I contacted Goffena and they have ordered a new piece and will fix it.
