Was instantly greeted when I walked in. Nice selection of shoes & they even have wide widths!! I gave it 5 stars bc the ladies were friendly (nicer than Hibbett's staff) & they didnt follow me around the store (black, female) like I was going to steal. I ended up finding the perfect pair of shoes to drive in (truck driver) & I couldnt be more happy!!

I was looking specifically for ‘Billy’s’ which are mostly for kids with braces, etc.-but have zippers for easy on/off which is great for anyone! The lady at Sidney Ohio Shoe Sensation was wonder to assist me and at checkout.

Great Customer Service!! Took my son to get new shoes on September 15th and he started throwing up as soon as we got to the kids aisle. The employee (lady) that was working was very understanding, helpful, and went above and beyond to be comforting to us during that mortifying moment. We cake back on the next day and it was two different ladies working and the one that we dealt with, not only helped us find shoes but also found us a coupon online to help save us money!! Defintely recomend.
