This place is great for cheap stuff depending on what you’re looking for. I’ve heard stories of the staff that works there but I didn’t have a problem, the team member who helped me was Katelyn O, she actually went above and beyond her job and rang my stuff up for me,she was very pleasant and professional and answered all my questions. So if people have problems with customer service get their name and report it or give them a bad review

It's not 5 below anymore. More like 10 below but they have a lot of really cool stuff and staff is super friendly.

filthy, rude customer service, literally makes fun of and harasses the disabled people that walk through the store. Terrible management.
