Bent Tree Apartments

Management Valerie was extremely helpful and outgoing personality. Place is nice and clean. Plus maintenance Rob makes sure all is fixed and well. I would highly recommend anyone to move there. My experience made me feel at home. Cleanliness is outstanding also.

They are awesome to live here beautiful apartment and beautiful outdoors they are well kept up. I love how valorie my apartment manger helped with setting up the apartment with signing the lease all the way to handing the key she a great person and very big help

Valorie in the office is amazing. She is always there to assist with any questions me may have. She has always been super helpful. The property is nice and clean and well maintained. Been here for 2 years and have no complaints. It's nice to be located right by food and shopping as well.

I’ve been living here sense June and we have had problems, but any problems we’ve had have been fixed right away. The rent is pretty much worth it when you’re only 5 mins, not even, away from everything in town. Me, my husband and my cats are very happy with where we live.

Valorie is absolutely the best person ever. She goes far and beyond to help anyone out and she does it with a smile. I would highly recommend this property because you'll have a great experience living there.

I have lived here for about 2 years and this place is awesome. Valerie in the office is very helpful when we have questions and is always trying to do stuff to really make it feel like a community with activities and doing stuff for the kids. Maintenance is very responsive and effective. My ac had went out and they replaced the outside unit and the furnace. Everything else has always been in working order. It's quiet, it's clean, and just all around a good place to live

Bent Tree is a nice, quiet complex. Lived here almost 2 years and there have never been any issues on the property. Valorie in the office is amazing and super helpful if you ever need anything. The maintenance guy is great as well! He is super nice and gets the job done soon after your request. The apartments are nice and the property is always well maintained. Will recommend!

We are new here in The US and we are happy that we got an apartment here in Bent Tree. It is very safe, quiet and definitely a great place to stay especially if you have kids. The school bus stop is just infront of bent tree. Hospitals, grocery stores and a lot more are just around the apartment. Units are very spacious and well maintained. But the most important thing here is that, we never had any issues when it comes to safety and security. This is a highly recommended place for everyone!

I love bent tree. The community is amazing always having some kind of event for neighbors to interact. Its a beautiful cozy place to live. Valerie, is such an amazing property manager And just a pleasant individual. I could not imagine doing her job.

Not a bad place to live at all. It's clean, the other tenants are relatively quiet. Valerie in the office is awesome and has been very helpful anytime we needed her. If I had any complaints it would just be that rent is a bit much, but almost any house or apartment you can find around here is the same way right now anyway. I've recommended this place to a few people and will continue to do so

We have had a great experience living here! Units are well kept, maintenance is very fast and helpful (the rare occasions we have needed their help), and the site manager, Valorie, is always very kind and happy to help out.

Great apartment units. Community manager is helpful. Maintenance repairs are done quickly. Good rent prices. I don't normally do google reviews but I feel that Bent Tree deserves a good review. I would have stayed longer but I got a new job out of state.

I have lived in Bent Tree Apartments going on 4 yrs now and I absolutely love it here! Security and Safety is very important to me for my family and I, so i love the idea that no matter who comes to visit at any of the apartments in Bent Tree all visitors have to be buzzed in to enter any of the buildings. The buildings are kept very clean and smelling good. The apartments are perfect in size, bedrooms are spacious, the living room is just my size. A lot of times when you live in a community like Bent Tree it can be real noisy and at times chaotic, but that isn't the case here at Bent Tree.... People here respect the policies here and each other. The noise level here is amazingly low. The grounds outside are gorgeous, extremely well taken care of. I think if i would add anything here, it would be a small playground for the little kids here. Management is great here .. I love our office manager Samantha .. She is very upfront and to the point concerning Bent Trees policies and expectations for us as renters, yet she is very caring and shows genuine concerns for me and any issues i may have. Maintenance is also awesome here as well, anytime i need something fixed, they are on it! Bent Tree is always striving to improve their community so that we tenants can be proud to say we live in Bent Tree! Take a look at the photos they upload and you will see just how Beautiful it is .. Lovely place to live...super service and personnel!

A great place to call "home". The leasing staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. I love the convenience of the open parking and easy access to a major highway. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful community with picnic area.

I have lived here for 2 years. i love the security of the intercom access feature. The landlord Lynn is so friendly! Lynn makes you feel like your always welcome and like your a true friend! If any maintenance needs done its always asap! in 2 years I've only had 2! the lay out of my apartment is perfect I just can't imagine anywhere else feeling like home! I always feel safe and secure here. The entire complex feels like a tight knit community. I completely with all my heart recommend Bent tree apartments! Don't settle for just a place to live, come to a home!

I love Bent Tree! It has been a fantastic home for my growing family. Our apartment is newly renovated, the grounds are continuously maintained, the maintenance man is on site all the time with very little wait time for any issues, the neighbors are awesome, and the land lady is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She is amazing to rent from and truly makes you feel special and at home. Bent Tree is amazing!

My little family and I just recently moved into Bent tree apartments and I can honestly say I’ve never been more satisfied . The management and maintenance is so nice and accepting and very quick to fix any issue big or small ! The neighbor hood is quiet and friendly which is definitely a plus! The apartments are very spacious, updated, and extremely gorgeous . I highly recommend Bent tree apartments to anyone looking for a new home 💕
