Karen is super cool, and there are always friendly people enjoying a meal when I go here. Its some of the best Pho I've had, straight-up homemade, comfort food. The Banh-Mi is good, and the vietnamese style breakfast is legit. Unassuming location being a liquor store, but the kitchen is visible and these people know what they are doing.

The folks who own the store are nice and friendly, however, the Banh Mi was a different story (didn't taste anything like one). Great corner stone to grab stuff, but the food could be improved.
