Great and helpful office staff. I totaled a car hitting a deer. Staff got me on the right track for a quick reimbursement.About 6 months later the replacement car was totaled when a tree fell on it.
Again, the help I needed showed up right away; a people friendly insurance group.

We have had good success with Allstate in Livermore for many years. We have not had any dealings with the current management. I am not happy with the large increases in premiums. I hope insurance rates stabilize soon!!!!

Had roof leak during heavy rains inDec 2022 and Jan 2023. We experienced significant interior home damage in our entryway. Allstate was very responsive after the initial visit by the inspector/adjuster. Allstate claims support personnel were great to work with on our repair project.

Very pleased with Stacy’s customer service! I recently got a new vehicle and my rate increased pretty significantly. I sent Stacy an email to see if there was any way I could save some money on my new policy. She quickly responded and helped me review my coverages, to see where I could save. I thought i would be sending an email into the abyss, but was grateful to learn that there was an actual human in the other side, who was caring and capable!
