Pike Insurance Services

I believe this is my 3rd year using Pike for my G/L insurance. My last agent was unresponsive a lot. Since I have been with Pike they have been very responsive and helpful. My renewal process has been quick and painless. Parker was pleasant to work with during the initial setup and quote. Travis has been great to deal with during the renewal process and Miriam has been very quick with paperwork. I love that I don't have to stress when I need anything from Pike.

I absolutely love working with Pike Insurance. Miriam is AWESOME!!!! She has been with me since day one and is always willing to help no matter how many revisions I send her way. Thank you, Miriam, for all you do for my company. You are appreciated!

I have recently began working with Pike Insurance and their service is fanstastic. My past insurance company would ignore my emails and it would take a week or more to get a COI for my customers. Not so with Pike I have requested COI serveral times and Miriam has it back to myself and my customer in a matter of minute, always same day. Incredible service!!

After years of my G/L Insurance broker ignoring my calls and causing me to lapse on my coverage, I found Parker at Pike. He answered all my calls during the process of switching over and we got it done before my renewal date. Although they were not my cheapest quote, I do have confidence my business is thoroughly covered. I recommend choosing Parker as your insurance broker!

These guys really go the extra mile for you my agent is Trevor but I'm pretty sure any of the agents there will take care of you just as good as he did explained everything to me and insured my company when others wouldn't 110% recommend them

Great insurance company

For three weeks I have requested a loss statement so that I can properly shop around to ensure my rate is competitive…

Every time I call, the nice gal in the office, says my agent will send it within 48 hours yet three weeks later I have still received nothing.

Seemingly this company is holding me hostage and not allowing me to shop around.

At the moment I would NOT recommend Pike insurance services to ANYONE. Let’s see if after the 4th request if I get a response (I will update the review if so)
