I have been seeing Lisa since 2016 and have never been disappointed. Her establishment is tastefully decorated starting from the entry area all the way to the restroom. Everything from the flooring to the walls to the ambient lighting and to the music playing in the background has been designed to make your visit calming and peaceful. This is not your normal everyday clinic. In the beginning, Lisa has been treating me for my various aches and pains with acupuncture. I’ve always been a believer in acupuncture and now a firm believer in Tuni Na Massage and Cupping. From the start, she will listen to what ails you and from there; design the best plan to treat you. I’ve also tried the Infrared Sauna Pods and afterwards I felt detoxed, rejuvenated and so relaxed. And more recent I’ve tried Emsculpt and to my surprise helped to reduce some body fat around my midsection but also increase my core strength and thus strengthening my lower back. I now lift myself out of bed instead of rolling out of bed. Lisa is awesome and I highly recommend her services. In the beginning it was all about the physical pain but her services, procedures and the spa environment encompass your overall being by balancing your mind, body and spirit.

I went to Dr.Lisa for post op lymphatic and ultrasound massages. She’s Amazing!!! I saw a huge difference after my double chin surgery. She really takes her time and does an excellent job. She’s very friendly and professional. You will feel very comfortable with her. Her spa it’s gorgeous and super clean! Love it!!! Dr.Lisa sells detox and Various tea and 100% recommend.

A more modern take to an acupuncture clinic. I went there for acupuncture for my Bell's palsy acting up again (felt like my face muscles were seizing up again.) Doesn't feel like your traditional acupuncture place at all. I suppose it's more towards a spa feel. There's relaxing music playing during your session, but you can ask to have it turned off if you wanted. It was a very relaxing experience and I left feeling a lot better as a whole and my face started to feel much closer to normal again.

I was seeing at Dr Lisa at Life Acupuncture and she had told me about her new spa in San Mateo. I thought I would give it a try since I loved receiving Acupuncture treatments from her for my chronic shoulder pain from my line of work. Dr. Lisa always makes my shoulder back to normal again.

First off, the location was great. Right on 25th Ave., and I had no problem finding parking right in front. The clinic was modern, tastefully furnished and most importantly...CLEAN. The esthetician Anna was the person who did my facial, eyelash extensions and wax. I had the collagen facial which was about 60 mins which also included a mini massage on the shoulders and neck. Anna was polite and quiet but I didn’t mind because I wanted to relax during my “me time”. Then I got my lashes done after my facial and my lashes turned out great, natural but full, just as I like them. No complaints here. Loving them!!! It’s only been a week and a half but they are still holding up great. My last thing I got from my appt was a Brazilian wax. They used the blue hard wax, not the cheap liquidity wax that a lot of nail salons use, so pain was minimal.
So to sum it up, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!!! They also offer a lot of other services that I can’t wait to try out. Stay tuned!!!

I went in for post op facial massages and honestly the best decision. Every single time I went in I saw a huge difference. Dr.lisa is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Will be coming back for more regular services. The place is very very clean and super pretty. If you need any services I do recommend her as she’s the best!!!

I came here for acupuncture and cupping treatments because I had major lower back pain. I was treated by Dr. Dan. I was very impressed by his bedside manner, professionalism and knowledge. He also recommend some exercises for me to do at home. My back felt all better after 2 treatments. Thanks Dr. Dan, I am truly grateful!
