Jeff is just awesome! His food is amazing! The rub he puts on the meat is just excellent. Brisket, Burnt ends, Pork, Chicken, Ribs... ALL great. Highly recommend stopping by.

Great food and very friendly people. We stopped by here the other day (after smelling the smoker multiple times from the road) and were not disappointed. We ordered 1/2lb brisket and 1/2lb pulled pork to take home. The pulled pork was on point and very tender and the brisket was to die for!! We will definitely need to make this a regular lunch stop. They take credit cards too!

Super tasty BBQ- Melt in your mouth Brisket, Burnt Ends were on point- and their pig was soooo tasty!! Perfect, basic seasoning- no sauce required, but their sauce was excellent if you wanted more!! Go early, they sell out fast- like fast!!!!!!

The pulled pork was delicious! Next time we come down this far from Wyoming we'll definitely stop by again. He was super friendly too! Great food, thank you!!

My family moved to Colorado from Florida 3 years ago, in all that time we have searched high and low for good barbeque brisket like we were used too. Today I made the smart choice to try Smokey Trail BBQ on Singing Hills, a no frill place with the best brisket aND baked beans I have finally found. Great job Tim, can't wait to try every thing else.
