Pro Active Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine - Castle Rock

I have been to a number of Physical Therapist in my life and the experience that I have had at Pro Active is at the top of My list. The entire staff makes You feel that You are important and are concerned about your well-being and progress . From the minute You walk in the door you are greeted with a positive welcome from the entire staff. They work together in a very comfortable environment ensuring You get the best possible treatment. Rachel goes above and beyond with her efforts to assist one’s journey to being the best. She is very knowledgeable and helpful in teaching You what to do to help get better.
I feel that the entire staff is there to pull you through some tough times and are all cheering You on. I would recommend pro Active to anyone needing physical therapy. When I finish this journey, if I find myself needing more therapy I will always pick Pro Active!! They certainly live up to their name.

Unfortunately I have had some serious Neck and back issues. I had been to other physical Therapy places. and I can say hands-down that Proactive physical therapy is absolutely the best I take my PT very seriously. They have some of the most qualified physical therapist@ Proactive physical therapy !! Andrea, Rachel, Quinton, and the rest of the PT and PT assistance are absolutely fantastic

and they’re always ready to help you and push you harder. They keep very good records of where you are and what you should be doing during the course of your therapy treatments and you can just take it from there as hard as you want to. They’re very encouraging and very nice ! and shout out to to Leonie at the front desk who does more than just check you in !! all around have to get give 5 stars! I’ve had nothing but great experiences and I hope to continue going there .

Andrea and team are incredible therapists!! I lost all use of my arm because of an autoimmune condition. I was scared, in pain and Andrea listened to me, my concerns and worked with me on a plan to a full recovery. Her compassion, encouragement and skill is remarkable. Best physical therapy experience I’ve ever had! Not only was I initially assured and explained the course of treatment, but I immediately felt safe in the hands of my therapist. I have been a patient of Andrea Becker for various issues through the past few years. She was the first professional ( doctors included) to diagnose CRPS in my right ankle after surgery 3 yrs ago. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and competent. She is consistently striving to move me forward with this painful condition. We have worked as a team to help me begin walking normally again.
The clinic is friendly, open and has a great view of the mountains. The staff is exceptional and works as a team.

I was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and bone spurs on my foot. Those of you who've had experience with that know how painful that experience is. My podiatrist recommended Physical Theraphy as part of my rehabilitation process. Andrea and her staff at the Castle Rock facility have all been the best! They take the time to listen to a patient's concerns, evaluate what is going on, review the referring doctor's notes, and then, explain what they think the best course of action would be to address your concerns and whether or not that sounds agreeable to you. You'll often hear, "How are you doing? Are you feeling any pain--if so where?" and adjustments are made immediately. Thanks to their attention in addressing my problems, their application of education and knowledge about the body and all its intricate systems, and genuine care and concern for their clients, I'm able to once again, walk pain free! They coordinate plans of rehabilitation action with my doctors and are a great help in navigating that world of Health Insurance! They help clients with surgical rehab, after effects from injuries, balance issues, and so many more maladies that seem to find us all at one time or another. They have a wide array of equipment and machines, as well as utilize massage therapy, cupping, and/or needling, and electrical nerve stimulation to help alleviate one's aches and pains. Please give them a try! You'll be glad you partnered with them for your rehabilitation process! Best of all, you won't have a long wait to get scheduled in with one of their Physical Therapists!

Andrea and her staff are the best physical therapists I've ever worked with. The office is always welcoming. It's clean and the materials are always in good repair and ready to use. The therapists are professional and although I need long-term care they are providing excellent care and a thoughtful plan for my specific needs.

PT at this clinic has been superior to other facilities I have been to. They provided me with hope, laughter, and strength following a complex back surgery. The environment is conducive to recovery and very upbeat which I needed so badly. Rachel is nothing short of amazing and provides hands on relief as well as monitoring proper technique in exercises. Scheduling is a breeze, and you truly feel like they care which can be rare in the healthcare field today. When I am healed, I’m actually going to miss this place!

I have been visiting this place since past four months and I did plenty of research before picking this place. Victoria and her team (Kristy & Q) are the best. My doctor said I am definitely recovering way faster than other people who have undergone similar surgeries because of my PT. Thanks to such a great team.

Andrea and the entire team at Pro Active have been incredible to work with. My 10 yr old daughter required PT on her knee and LOVES coming to her appointments. They really took the time to thoroughly assess her condition, understand our goals and created a personalized treatment plan that is manageable- even for an 10 yr old!

Andrea is an amazing physical therapist. She will get into the spots that hurt the most and make you feel better. I've had multiple surgeries and injuries and she has made my rehab and recovery great. Highly recommend her one of the best I've ever seen.

I wasn’t expecting her to be so ecstatic about it. “Dad, I love physical therapy. Proactive Pt spends more time with you! They are the easiest to schedule and cares about their patients! I’ve had 8 back surgeries and now a full shoulder replacement. Out of all of the therapies that I’ve done over the years, Prro Active is the best! I would highly recommend them!

I have worked with Andrea since I had my fourth back surgery in December of 2021. I think she's the best PT person I have ever met in my life. She has helped me fully recover and maintain my strength so that I can stay active and get back to the things that I love. Andrea is a huge asset and I would recommend her highly.

I have been a patient at Pro Active PT in Castle Rock Colo for some time, even before their transition to new ownership. This facility is outstanding in every way, from the equipment to the setting. The music they play in the treatment/workout area is always good, too. Best of all, though is the staff. The PTs here are knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. With their help and guidance I am recovering from a pelvic fracture that I thought would wreck my career; but I am back in the saddle! On the front end, Gina keeps this place running smoothly. I get appointments when I need them, insurance billing is seamless, and she always greets me kindly when I come in the door. I truly love coming here, even when they give me tough exercises!
