Rosewood Rehabilitation Center

Staying at Rosewood was an eye opening experience for me. I was a patient; here. I have worked in many different skilled nursing facilities over the years. Rosewood was exactly the right place for me.
The staff at Rosewood Rehabilitation has my sincere thanks, and appreciation for ALL they do. Everyone of you go above and beyond, with respect for each other and the patients.
You helped me remember how important it is to be kind!

The entire staff was very helpful and professional in every way, can't say enough about Physical therapy, the CNAs, RNs . With a few Minor pickups, due to communication which admin addressed quickly and discreetly . Again can't say enough about your excellent staff, they ALL should be given a raise to put up with this old cantankerous man! Even the drivers that took me to a Drs. Appointment were great very professional crew you have at Rosewood!

I was apprehensive about coming to Rosewoid due to an experience at a different facility but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was supportive, understanding and very nice. Nursing care was excellent as was all the therapeutic staff (PT, OT, Speech) Food was good.

Staying at Rosewood was the best everyone was so nice and caring. I got excellent care from everyone I would recommend my family and friends to Rosewood.

Rosewood Rehab Center's staff are amazing. You are greeted warmly as soon as you step through the doors. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Also, the facility is clean, and well organized. I would highly recommend this center for your loved ones!

After having an unfortunate accident , was told that I needed additional therapy. I chose to go to Rosewood. It was a very pleasant experience and since then I have had to enter into a skilled nursing facility twice more. Rosewood has been my choice each time. I have received excellent care and the staff has always been compassionate, caring and educational. I would highly recommend Rosewood to anyone .

Could not have been happier with my dad's stay at Rosewood. The building isn't the greatest but is easily over looked when you see the patient care. All the nurses I dealt with either helped me with my questions or got me in touch with someone that could. Dad is now home resting peacefully.

Don't judge a book/ building by the cover! ; ) The nurses are kind and knowledgeable, and they treated me like family. We are thankful for them and all of their hard work.

Nurse’s are always happy to help CNA’S are on top of residents needs, a great team of therapists. Nursing leadership is smart and on point with care issues.

Excellent care and a caring staff. Food was pretty decent too.

Rosewood staff gave amazing, competent and compassionate care. There is no better place in all of Nevada.

I just got here I have been here less than 24 hours I was scared when I got here but I am now more comfortable with the idea of staying here from my recovery The staff has been wonderful and kind The facilities are clean and well managed
