Unfortunately I have come to the conclusion that myself, my friends and family will never step foot into this store again!! My family and I have been going to this 7-11 since it opened! They got new owners who are nice and helpful but due to one lady we will not give them anymore of our business! I was in there 4/9/13 around 10:30 a.m. and the lady behind the counter was completely unruly and rude! This is not the first time we have had problems with her but I usually just brush it off as a "bad day" but how many "bad days" can one lady have? It seems to me that I am not the only person she has offended and it comes with great sadness that we will not shop at this store any longer.

Let me first state the cashier was great at his job in being kind, explanatory (after the fact of not receiving my gas fill rewards discount. Still explaining why I didn’t receive them) I am giving one star due to corporate greed and uncaring procedures in regards to the process of receiving file rewards points on gas. The only way to receive your gas discount is to use your debit/credit card out at the pump, which is something I stopped doing YEARS ago after thieves figured out a way to steal our information outside at the pump. The ONLY way to revive them IS outside. Not knowing so I drove by several gas stations with cheaper gas than 7/11 expecting to get my $0.11 off a gallon at 7/11. Then to not receive them due to their roles was more disappointed than I can describe. I will NOT going back to 7/11 for gas again, ever! Until/unless such a procedure is changed.

Late night employees are very rude. The store smells extremely bad of BO. Employees are not respecting. I think I will contact management or owner. Won’t go there anymore. Better 7-11’s everywhere else. Good luck if you go there. Bring your nose plugs. It makes you want to vomit. Take my word. Don’t go there. Thanks

Honestly one of the most nasty people in there. One day I came in and this younger dude ended up pick his nose a lot while serving the coffee to the machine and still touching it with his hands. Not only that but they are always on their phone in front of every customer possible.

I just came back from going to this 7Eleven location with my wife. It was the worst experience ever. We purchased 3 refills on a Double gulp ,2 chocolate brownies and small bag of chips. We used the 7eleven app which we redeemed 1 free brownie and a free double gulp. As we were checking out the cashier said the total was $8.34 then I gave him $8.40 ,he then gave me $0.25 back. As we walked out we wondered why the total was that much though we had a free drink and brownie. Then realized he give us a receipt. I went back inside and requested a receipt. He was hesitant to give me one then I eventually got one from him. We reviewed the receipt and come to find out he cheated us and charged us the full price of the items we purchased at $8.34, we gave him $8.40 ,then for some reason he only gave me $0.25 back and the actual total price was only suppose to be $5.76 and we were suppose to get back $2.64 from the $8.34 we gave the cashier. He truly doesnt know how to count at the cash register or cheating everyone on each of their purchases daily no matter the small or big amount that is due at the counter just illegally profit money from each customer. Please learn from our mistake and experience and pay attention to the cashier as you go here or any other place. We also called and asked for the cashiers name and managers name and he acted like he didnt know what happened and hung up on us. We will be calling corporate or the franchise owner of this 7eleven location.

BEWARE! They will charge you extra. I always buy 1 cup of coffee and 1 pack of cigarettes at 7-Eleven's and it's the same price. The store clerk rang up 3 items and it was a $1 more than it is at every other 711 in town. When I asked for a recipe the cashier said it was broken. Don't spend your money here there is another one on El Rancho and G st.

I’ve had a horrible experience. The employees there barely understand or communicate in English. They are rude and I try not to go there if I don’t have to. I can think of better ways to spend my hard earned money!
