Carmen is amazing and a genius with the scissors. My entire family goes to her and loves her. She can do everything and anything.

My daughter and I have been going to Thairapy for some time now and we always have the best experience. All the stylists really care about the health of your hair, the interior of the salon is so calming & serene and they always have a nice assortment of self care products upfront . Love this place.

Always a positive experience visiting this salon. The staff treats everyone like family. They each go above and beyond to make the experience lovely. Seriously, besides doing a wonderful job yesterday on my hair, eyebrows and nails, I would just go there to hang out if I had the time.

Carmen provided fantastic haircut and relaxing shampoo, all in a fun relaxing atmosphere. Rebecca did my color which covers my gray so well, and takes a few years off of me! Everyone is so professional and supportive: I love this salon!!

From cuts, color, facials, waxing, nails, and tans - this salon has never let me down. I've gone pink (twice), blonde, and teal with my hair and Laura has nailed it each and every time. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful in scheduling. The salon staff feels like a family and I love going there!

Great customer service, Mandy does great facials and waxing and the salon takes every safety precaution during COVID. The 15 minute facial I just got was fantastic. They sell great hair and beauty products like Dermalogica. Support this local business please.

Chris does an amazing job, he knows his job and melts away the tension and stress. Also the best hair stylish and colorist, very clean and not to mention the great customer services in this spa, makes me happy to come back.

My stylist Zipporah is great. I keep coming back to her. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. They serve you wine too if you want. Calm and relaxing atmosphere.

Mandy is the best! I've been getting facials from her for years and will continue to do so. She's got a great touch, is really easy to be around, and is a lovely person in general. :)

I have been a patron of this business since it opened, and was a patron of the business where Rebecca worked before opening her spa. I am so glad to see the spa open again, even on a limited basis. While the steps taken by the staff to maintain a safe space are a minor pain in the butt, I understand them completely and found it a non-issue. In fact, I am impressed by the strict adherence to the sanitary guidelines in this time of COVID-19.

As always, the staff were such a pleasure to interact with. I am happy with what I had done (hair trim, cellophane, and eyebrow trim). Kerry and the other staff who worked on me were a wonderful combination of skill, professionalism, and just plain fun. (My apologies, ladies, for forgetting the names of the aethestician and receptionist. Once again, my name forgetting issue is out in full force. Please remind me who you are and I'll get back on the site to thank you personally at a later date.)

I was looking around for a new place for a haircut. I ask around and Thairapy Plus came HIGHLY recommended from several people in several circles in my life. They all stated I MUST also get a pedicure from 'The Great Carmen' as it would change my feet forever; I never had a pedicure before but was convinced to try it so I made an appointment to check them out.

When I called I was greeted by a friendly voice and set an appointment for both a pedicure and a haircut.

Upon arrival the salon looked very professional and clean. I was greeted by Tamara at the front desk and Rebecca the owner and stylist who happened to also be there at that moment. Both were extremely nice "Water, coffee, tea, wine or a beer" I was asked; they made me feel right at home.

Without delay I was greeted in the same friendly manner by Carmen, I told her of her recommendations from my friends and family and she knew them all!! She took me to the nail area which was well organized and clean. The pedicure chairs are very comfortable and the process was very clean. Carmen was meticulous and a really took very good care of my feet. Not once was I uncomfortable even with all the sharp scissors and files. WOW I was amazed by how my feet felt afterwards!!! The Great Carmen definitely lives up to her hype and has made a true believer out of me!!!

Next up was a haircut from Rebecca. She took a very personal approach and taking the time to understand what I was looking for. She even convinced me to change my current style a bit to have more fun with my hair. During the haircut Rebecca was very personable, made me feel right at home as if I had been coming to the salon for several years or as an old friend. My hair came out better than expected, she even took the time to show me several different ways I could style it between business and play without making it complicated. She also took care of those random eye brow hairs that grow too long. I was confident enough to let her make recommendations and adjustments to my beard!! New stylist found!!

Future visits are consistent with the first. I even took an hour deep massage from John who released sooo much tension and corrected a bunch of knots in my back. I highly recommend an hour as he really takes care of you; my back has never felt better!!

Thairapy Plus is a great family of people who care. I have had the chance to get to know all of the staff and they all make me feel welcome.

Needless to say I found a new home for all my grooming needs!!! I highly recommend you visit Thairapy Plus!!!

I simply love it here! Feel welcome the minute I walk in the door. Self care is so important, I trust these ladies wholeheartedly for every service. They actually care that I feel good and am happy! If I could give 10 stars I would!

This is my go to place to get a haircut and a chemical peel all in one salon! Best staff and also while you wait they serve you wine! What's not to like! Diana is one of the best hair stylists I have had. Check this place out!

I started going to Thairapy because Rebecca saved me after another stylist gave me a particularly bad haircut. I've since become a regular. They have an awesome skincare specialist, and the massage therapist is great.

Wonderful staff, extremely friendly and take your concerns very seriously. Have been going here for about 7 or 8 years and find it relaxing and fun. Best salon in North Center.

Love the energy in this salon. They offer wonderful facials and other services like waxing and eyelash tinting. Mandy is awesome at what she does.

Great experience! Lovely atmosphere and above and beyond service. Everyone was so kind and went out of their way to accommodate and make me feel at home. Products are top notch and services are reasonably priced. Treat yourself! ;)

This place is amazing! They are super friendly and they do a fantastic job. I messed up my appointment and they still took the time to do everything I needed. Go here, you will not be disappointed. I love them!
