Desert Highlands Mini Storage

My son & I met the property manager, Alanna, of this storage facility yesterday, she was incredibly helpful setting everything up for us and she went over our lease agreement throughly and made sure we understood it, in addition to telling us general information about the property. When my son & I found our storage unit it was clean and is more than large enough to accommodate our storage needs. I highly recommend Desert Highlands facility

Alana is sooo helpful! Guided me into a larger RV site that was way more accessible and appropriate than the one I thought “would work”. Then again got me into an adjacent 10 X 10. So convenient! Thx!

The staff is very professional and share positive attitudes. It's a little more then I wanted to pay for a storage however the The staff and clean facility helps. The only thing that could help is that they could have a trash or dumpster. I do understand that if there was a dumpster everyone may throw a lot away, it's just a thought. All storage companies should have one. Thank you for the space.

The location of Desert Highland Mini Storage appears to be very safe. Additionally, their office was well maintained, neat and clean in appearance. The RV storage spots were adequate. The office manager was very helpful and made me feel that this storage was very secure and that they are careful in vetting clients who use their space.

I cannot stress enough how amazing Alanna is.
I got my first storage unit here in 2016 when my mother passed away from cancer.
I moved back in April and immediately got my storage back there although it is far from where I live. She remembered me! And that spoke volumes.
I won’t go anywhere except for Desert Highlands because of Alanna.
She is genuine, helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and an overall pleasure. She cares. She works hard & has a clean, safe property.
As long as Alanna is there, I know my belongings will be in good hands.

We recently rented a space for our travel trailer and had a great experience. Alana was very helpful and friendly and made the process smooth and easy. She has in depth knowledge of the facility and helped us pick the perfect spot. The facility is laid out well, and is easy to navigate.

Storage unit was clean and the lady running the front desk was very helpful and efficient.

Very secure lot with keypad entry for main gate. Lots of different sized units and parking spaces for whatever you need to store. Highly recommend 👍
