I look forward to coming especially when Debbie is working she is great always makes sure I use what CVS offers me. So friendly.

Caitlin at the Pharmacy was very helpful. She explained how my insurance works for me and was patient while helping teach a new employee. I'll be coming back to this location more often because I felt prioritized and taken care of.

Ok I give them 5 stars because for the most part CVS has got it going on for a Store/pharmacy/money matters. Example, Western Union, over the counter and cards with free ATM for them. Special programs to get good discounts, The care pass, you pay $10 for it and you get $10 off your purchases to counteract it and with their sales for having the care pass I have bought a few things and walked out of there paying like 18 cents! They deliver perscriptions i know and whatever you want to add to your delivery. And open conveniently for 24 hours! They have a coin star! I would recommend calling any CVS you need to go to ahead and ask if the service you need is working at yhe time.. highly recommendb it. Sometimes things are out of order and it happens quite a bit.. They sell milk! Pet supplies... Just about everything you could think you need or want. Beauty products are endless! Health care.. you will find just about everything you need.. okay, thats enough. .. lol

My family has had very pleasant experiences at this location. In particular, with a pharmacist named Theresa, who is polite and professional while engaging her customers and is efficient when preparing their orders. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for professional interactions with polite, friendly staff, in a store with a hometown feel.

I had very pleasant experience with this pharmacy and staff. Pharmacist Lillian applied a coupon for me and I got my prescription for free. If you are a nice customer, they will go above and beyond. This is a extremely busy pharmacy, probably highest volume in town, the wait isn’t even that bad.

I use to shop here alot when I lived in the neighborhood..they have nice staff from what I remember. I don't know if they still work here but Judy and Myles were my favorite staff very friendly ❤
The variety of products seem decent enough and they have a reliable pharmacy that you can easily pick up or have medication delivered!

I was visiting family and needed contact solution. Great place, very helpful staff, very happy the self checkouts actually work compared to the ones in LA! Organized aisles and very convenient location to my hotel!

this CVS has always been unique because it is open 24 hours which I think it's the only one in Reno-Sparks area but the customer service is not the greatest the lines are fairly long all the time and the pharmacist are kind of snippy..the layout and the openness of the CVS are just uncomfortable I don't know what it is. the lights are just a little too bright and one time I had an employee following me around when I put some eye drops back on the shelf that I didn't want asking me where the eye drops were... I showed him and he felt quite stupid...it was very rude but I still give it five stars because it's open 24 hours and that pretty much over powers every other bad thing about it....lol... so yeah...

Nice pharmacists and staff, always greet and counsel with a smile. Providing great service is the reason this pharmacy stays busy.

minute clinic is a 5 star clinic honestly. They have Professional medical staffs. It’s not expensive too. The cvs is my preferred pharmacy. Thank you guys.
